The ladies at Naugatuck Pet Salon always do a fantastic job! My Lily is a teacup yorkie, and it was hard to find a groomer that could cut her hair. She always looks perfectly groomed after leaving this establishment. I would recommend them!

Let me start by saying we're THOSE clients: our doodle mutt was 2 months over due, and we need to bring him to a groomer because he hates brushes and clippers. Despite the challenge, they did an amazing job. He's a difficult dog and I like knowing he's in the care of people who will be kind and patient with him. Would recommend and we already scheduled another appointment (10 weeks out so hopefully he isn't a mess next time).

Had our girls in to see the wonderful women of Naugatuck Pet Salon today for a pedicure and our search for a Connecticut groomer has ended! So pleased with the interaction with the girls and their kindness with us. Thank you a million! Suki and Ciara will be back soon.

We have been a customer of Naugatuck Pet Salon for many years. My mom moved to Southbury and still makes the 25 minute trip over to continue with them - even though there are many options in the Woodbury / Southbury area. These ladies are fantastic, patient, professional, and groom mom’s dog better than any other groomer that we’ve tried over the years. Nugget is a rescue and has “emotional baggage” but loves and trusts the ladies at this salon. We highly recommend!!!

Sue and Tiffany were wonderful with our dog. He’s very afraid of grooming and difficult to get to sit for long periods of brushing. He doesn’t have an undercoat, so it could get painful in sensitive areas. Sue and Tiffany were so patient, giving him down time, taking him for a walk in between, praising him, giving treats. He got completely shaved, bathed, and nails done too. While we wish his cut wasn’t so short (normal body cut for a PWD is 1” and head is 2”) and he looks more poodle-like, we understand the reason for it this initial time. Really pleased with how he was cared for here. Cost was approximately $75.

Great job! Best place to take your babies! It's clean, efficient, and professional. My dog comes home after her day of beauty feeling happy and proud to show off her new haircut. She prances around with a "Look at me" attitude. It's fun to watch. You'll be in good hands. I highly recommend taking your furry family member.

Omg I will absolutely be coming back here. My dog looks like a million bucks! He was a MESS. He hadn’t been groomed for a while due to covid and he has long hair. They did such a good job on grooming him. He looks so much better, and he feels so soft. If I could give more than five stars I would have. Definitely give them your business

Do not use this business. Owner is neglectful and a liar. Refuses to honor the timing of scheduled appointments in good faith & will cage your pet for 7 out of their 8 operating hours with no update or explanation, while offering weak excuses when asked simple questions.
