DO NOT GO HERE. Racist vibes!!!! My boyfriend and I entered the store and was not greeted at all. There was a woman in an orange puffer vest who was originally behind the register then proceeded to follow us around the store which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She greeted everyone else and said goodbye besides us. I was going to purchase two things but after that interaction we will never be going back. Someone wrote a review 8 YEARS AGO stating the same thing. The workers/owner never changed.

Fun place for the animal lover. They have everything under the sun. T-Shirts, Decals, Cookie Jars, Calendars and so much more. Also have a variety of collars, treats and such.

This store is very well stocked. I don't know how many items they have but it's large to begin with and there's so much to see. From locally sourced items to regular items you would expect to see they have it all. We were promptly and warmly greeted upon entering. The store is neat and clean. There's parking everywhere being in Olde Mystic Village. The whole village is great to visit and walk through. This is NOT a tourist trap. It's a great local small business worth checking out!

This store is FULL of amazing items and cute gifts. But most importantly, the staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I recently visited on 5/29/2022 at 11:33am to look into cbd oil for my 16 yr old Mini Pinscher. The staff member working the counter I walked up to was knowledgable about the cbd products they offered, how helpful it was for her dog and helped me decide on a product to try. Also - IMMEDIATELY after his first dose, my dog is now more mobile, and visibly in less pain. Thank you so very much for helping me find a product that will help improve the quality of my elderly dogs' life. I appreciate you. <3

This is the ideal place to get fun things for your animals! The nice lady working there was so fun to talk to. I got some catnip and some little gifts. There is a variety of fun items for cat and dog lovers here!

Opened the door to Raining Cats and Dogs at exactly 5:49pm with 4 other humans and 1 dog already in the store, and had the cashier call over to me at the door and tell me she was closing. It literally takes me 2 minutes to buy a dog collar. Perhaps they should change their closing time to 5:50pm instead of 6pm to avoid further confusion.

Dog friendly shop! You want to spoil a pet, or pet owner, they have it. Packed with dog and cat oriented merchandise. Friendly staff. Also, they have items for those whose 4 footed have "crossed the rainbow bridge."

I will never step foot into this establishment ever again. I went in with my girlfriend and two of our friends and as we were walking around I noticed the woman who worked there was following us placing her hands on her hips, with a disgusted look on her face (as if we were going to steal something). I finally said to my girlfriend that we should leave because we were being watched and I was offended. When we walked out to go sit on one of the benches she stood in the doorway still glaring at us. My girlfriend said I see you watching us and I don't understand. Her response was "should you be watched?". I work too hard to be offended when I walk into an establishment like that and get accused as being someone who would steal. Telling everyone the customer service here is terrible.

Despite having "cats" in the name, 90% of the store is dog stuff. The tiny pathetic cat section is 60% "cat mom" or "crazy cat lady". It was disappointing and insulting. Just change the name and carry only dog stuff !

Cutest place inside Mystic Village with a lot of dog & cat pet items to purchase. Very big store..can be a bit pricey but it's a tourist area.
