I've stayed here longer term and have never had any issues. Rooms are clean, bedding is in great shape, there's satellite TV, laundry facilities, pretty grounds and of course free coffee. You can tell they care about the establishment and the people who stay here. Staff, housekeeping and management have been very kind and are just great people! This is a family owned and run business which adds to the charm of this place.You won't find a better place to stay. Highly recommend!Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained. There's a Fridge and microwave and both are newer models and nice. Huge TV in the room with DirecTV. Smoking rooms are hardwood floors and non smoking have carpets. The shower is huge! I have a giant mirror in my room in front of the desk that I love! There's a dresser and an iron with an ironing board. Heat/AC unit works great.Safety: The grounds are very well lit and there are cameras that are obvious. I'm a single woman and have never once felt unsafe here.Walkability: There's a Dollar General right next door and they have basic groceries and others things. Just next to that is a bar called The Music Lady which serves appetizers. Right behind the hotel is a gas station with a coffee shop ( The Bakers Dozen ) and across the street is another gas station.

Well I go there often. The price is right for what you get . Little run down . There fuxing up little at a time . but under $100 night it's good deal. Staff is very friendly.Safety: Camras everywhere .Walkability: Convenient storeFood & drinks: Convenience store Dunkin' Donuts gas stations.

I really don't consider myself to be terribly picky about hotel rooms. Unless I'm on vacation I just really want a safe, clean room to stay in. But this was definitely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The comforter smelled so bad we had to remove it. There were 2 blankets on one bed and none on the other. The heater didn't work at all. Shelf over the sink was broken, spider webs on bathroom ceiling and dirt in the corners. Pictures show lamp next to bed - there was only overhead lighting available. The satellite connection was terrible. The mattress was as hard as a rock - thought about sleeping in the car. The latch didn't always catch on the door so the only safety provided was a dead bolt. Management told us they were in the process of renovating their rooms. Perhaps they should consider keeping rooms closed that have not been renovated!!

I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years was very nervous the first time because before the new owners it was drug central here but was in a rush and needed cheap and close so I gave them a try and to my surprise it was quiet no drug deals going on in the parking lot rooms were clean and staff was awesome!!! And for the price and the piece and quiet of not hearing everyone going in and out of their rooms all night at other hotels Elite is now my go to place first before anywhere else!!! Thank you guys for making it a much better place for those of us that are not made of money!!!😁😁😁

Arrived around 1pm . Manager let us check in early. It was about 38 degrees outside it felt like 30 in the room. Turned on heat,which is unit in the wall. Top part of unit had a small gap so you could see the outside. Rug very old. Told manager about no heat. Gave us a space heater. Went out for about 1 hour came back and room was a little warmer. Then the circuit blew in the room. We checked out and went to nice warm and clean hotel. No money refunded because we booked thru expedia.

My family and I had to stay here for a few weeks due to almost a 30 day setback on move in day in our new home. I can truly say this is a wonderful place to stay in general. Room was very clean and everything was in proper working order. Patrick was very understandable towards our situation and was accommodating in every way he could be. Housekeepers were always pleasant as well. The grounds were kept well maintained daily, and there were never any serious noise issues. The price was surprisingly low for such a quiet, quaint place to stay. Overall had a great experience here and would recommend to all.

All I have to say is awesome!!!!! You can try to search for a better place around here and you will not find it! I stayed at another hotel up the road from here and it was the worst hotel experience ever! What I love about this place is that the management and everyone here makes you feel like family,. If there is anything wrong with your room they are rite on top of it!!! To sum it up, they make your stay here as comfortable as ever. I would honestly take this place over any other hotel around here. Can't beet the staff and the price. WORTH IT!!!!!!!

We got a room here quick and in a pinch and honestly wasn't impressed with the room. Wasn't very clean, the toilet had a paper sleeve that said it was sanitized but after further examination there was hair all over it. The bathroom floor had hair and dead flys in the corner, which tells me someone can't use a broom very well. I guess I'm a picky guy but for the money I would like a clean floor at the least. The beds weren't horrible, again in a pinch so we put up with it but probably won't be back. A little housekeeping help is needed here for sure....

I’ve stayed here several times but recently they’ve lost interest in keeping the rooms clean. The last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve stayed in the smoking rooms. The rooms have hair everywhere! In the air conditioner, in the sink, the the shower, in the bed I’ve found countless hairs. Even after swapping rooms there was still a noticeable amount of hair in the new room. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Some of the gentleman that I’ve encountered that work there have been more than helpful with any problems. The females especially the ones in the morning during the week couldn’t be bothered to speak to me on any of the times I entered and left the office area for coffee. They just continued their conversations and thus happened on several occasions. Finally, they’re doing construction before checkout. We’ve been woken rudely for the last few stays here with saws and demolitions happening next door to our room. Yes it’s a 2 Star hotel but we continued to stay here several times over the past few years because it was so clean and nice. Now it’s not worth the price.

Absolutely fantastic place!!! After reading the negative reviews on the web, I was very pleased to find the staff to be extremely kind and accommodating, as well as the room being cozy and large. I arrived after dark, and the nice clerk actually walked me to my room to show me its location. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely large. I had brought my own soap and shampoo and conditioner, and the bathroom was nice and clean and the towels were abundant. When I awoke the next morning, there was a sweet resident kitty sitting in a chair outside. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Was having some car trouble and had to stop for the night. Was very impressed with the conditions of the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again a&j towing recommended you guys and now I'm recommending you guys 75 bucks out the door for the night.

Ok so let's be honest.....you don't expect a whole lot from a place only charging 89 a night but really? We got a double room and had to pay extra for a third person. The shower does not fully work (as the shower was on, it also came gushing from the tub faucet leaving you standing in dirty water) the toilet had hairs on it dispite the sleeve claiming it was sanitized. There were dead flies in the room as well as some flying around. The bed SHEETS were clean but the other blankets had spots. I dont expect beauty like I said it was cheap and in a pinch but cleanliness is a must. Won't be going back.

Most wonderful and accommodating gentlemen in the office. Traveling thru to car shop and noticed one of the vehicles we were looking at in the parking lot. It happened to be the man In the office he was so great he show it to us and let us see all the features and suggested a dealership as we are from 4 hours away!! The rooms were inviting and if I ever happen to drive past again I would for sure stop in again !!!

A bit early of arrival and they gave us our room didn't make us wait. New owners and are planning to restorate the property. the room, microwave, and fridge were super clean. Needs the restoration as our room had a couple of, what looked like, someone had hit it and needs new carpeting but the carpeting was not dirty. Again, the new owners just aquired it and have plans to do so and have already upgraded some things, such as, the hotwater heaters etc...Friendly staff. Really good price and again, very clean room. Certainly a bargain in my opinion. It was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. We have stayed 1 of 3 nights so far. Would rate it 5 star but because of renovations being needed rated it 4. That's the only reason for 4 star.
