It seems like people seem to order to-go here mostly but we enjoyed dining in. I like the variety of seating. Booths, low seats or high barstools. I really liked our waiter. He was very nice, polite and attentive.Their house made Mac and cheese came with a soup or side salad!It’s casual diner/cafe style inside.Would definitely come back.

I order there all the time I don’t know what happened, but I ordered a roast beef grinder with provolone cheese no lettuce or tomato. I got a half a loaf of bread with mayonnaise on it one piece of roast beef that tasted really old and no provolone cheese I return the item and the owner would not even come out and speak with me. They asked me if I wanted another one. Why would I want another roast beef grinder when your roast beef tasted old and who’s ever making the grinders is only putting in one piece of meat on them . The waitress was called the owner would not come out, and I am just very disappointed because I have always gotten better there. I won’t order there again not because of the problem with the food but because. Nobody cared that there was a problem

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I had the homemade mozzarella and a pepperoni pizza. The mozzarella was really nicely done, plenty of it with a tasty marinara. The pizza was very good also, nice sauce and very good pepperoni. They're was no crisp on the crust though, that would have made it near perfect. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.2.

What a great place to meet and enjoy our Book Club meeting. Waitress, Gail, is just a delight, so attentive and Friendly!! Food was really good and nice portions!!We’ll be back!!Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap was Yummy, served alongside of Sweet Potato Fries!!😍😍

Ordered pizza on an app, then went to pick it up and they said our pizza ovens off. Meanwhile the app said it was gonna be ready by a certain time. I show up and he says the pizza oven not on. Really, u can turn an oven on for 70 dollars, and mislead people and i drove way outta my way. And the guy in the kitchen wasnt appologetic, he had an attitude. Poor run place and a joke

My first time ordering from Edi’s and this is what I got. I can’t believe a restaurant would serve a pizza that looks like this. Especially for $18. It’s not like they couldn’t tell it was burned, dried up and hard. It was even worse on the bottom, which I guarantee they also saw. I’m pretty sure it was an old pizza that was on top of the oven for a very long time or thrown in the oven and reheated. My kids couldn’t eat this. Our dog liked it though. They could have remade my order. It takes less than 10 minutes but instead, they lost me as a customer and any other customers that will change their minds about ordering from there after seeing this review.

I like eating at Edi's. I usually get breakfast. This time we got lunch. The Garlic bread and the pepperoni calzone were really good. Now, the "gourmet Margherita pizza" can't even be called gourmet Margherita pizza. It was made with regular cheese instead of mozzarella cheese. Like half of the tomatoes were burned if not cut too thick. It didn't have albahaca nor basil at all and you also couldn't taste the olive oil. Nothing was right!! It was a regular pizza with tomatoes. Was a complete disappointment. I didn't comeback to change it cause we were hungry and didn't want to wait for another pizza to be made.

I have them a 5 on everything first time there.Even though we had to just take it to because I had to go out to the vehicle.I have epilepsy and ended up at the ER.I do like the atmosphere there and hope to be able to enjoy a meal there without my epilepsy bothering me.Kid-friendliness: The night we went and tried the dine in until my medical issues started up.There was a young girl there.Staff was very good with her.She was adorable little girl.

Food is ok, Came in around 12:30 on a tuesday for breakfast. They ran out of home fries, wasn’t told until food was brought to table w hash brown patties, ok fine patties were good but kind of reminded me of mcdonald’s breakfast, so a little disappointed, but overall service was good waitress was pleasant, will try again in the future

We had broaster chicken from here and was looking so forward to it since we have had it before. This was the worst chicken we have ever eaten. Tasteless,dry with a burnt oil taste and just tasted like plain flour. Broaster chicken is suppose to be moist with so much flavor. Our parents had a small sub shop which had this chicken so we new what it was suppose to taste like. We order the sixteen piece and have more than half of it left over. The restaurant and staff are nice but if this was my first time having this I wouldn't go back 😞 even brought it over to my daughter to try and she said tastes like burnt oil and flour ,no flavor.

Edi's is our go to place no matter which meal. Gail is the best waitress ever ! Kind, funny, and excellent service. They serve yummy breakfast (my favorite meal out). The owner always comes over to say hi and he is very nice.

They easily sat our party of 9 people, could have put 3 more at our table. We ate in the"family" section, they had a more intimate section in another part of the restaurant. We had breakfast, it was well portioned, good, and the tea and coffee flowed freely , but it wasn't free 🙂. The prices were comparable to other restaurants so you're not spending a lot of money. We'll be back again!Parking: Plenty of parking in the back.

Great breakfast! The lady that runs that place, is amazing. She literally took my order and cooked it while doing the same for another 8-10 people. Oh yeah and she buses her own table, and I'm pretty sure she washes the dishes too!More people need her work ethic! I commend you Edi Place

Went the other day for breakfast very busy I understand that. One chef in the kitchen do not understand that. Waited over half an hour for 2 breakfast items that were wrong. Breakfast most simplest of menus to complete. Not happy

This place is AMAZING! Great real Italian cuisine, reasonably priced, amazing selection of different dishes, always cooked consistently, Owners and Wife so so friendly, cooks know what they are doing, Waitstaff so warm and always friendly, best breakfasts especially the homemade bread. We call it Eddie bread. You feel like you are in their own home serving you as family. Great job to all of you at Eddie's. Dee and Karen

We've been here several times since Billy sold to the new owner, and we are not disappointed with the continued excellent menu. Pizza is #1, omelets are the best in Connecticut and club sandwiches are made the way they are supposed to be, physically manageable and top quality. A previous reviewer claimed to have waited over an hour for service - sorry, that just doesn't happen here. The wait staff is always courteous, friendly and efficient. This is a 20 minute drive for us from home and well worth it. We'll continue coming as often as we can.
