While the prices and location are convenient, this store is consistently a mess. I don't just mean disorganized, the merchandise is is spilling all over the place. I feel like I'm in a hoarder house whenever I go in. It's a shame because they do offer decent merchandise at good prices, but it's difficult to locate anything and it's so cluttered that I can't wait to leave almost as quickly as I've entered.

Always have stocked shelves and great selections! I love the quality value for the money. I've been shopping there since they've opened. I've only had 1 bad experience, and it really wasn't bad. I was missing an item on my receipt. Management was more than willing to help me, and even looked at the video for me. They were very professional, caring, and seemed honestly concerned. I will continue to shop there forever.

Need something you forgot? Dollar General is just around the corner and it has a big variety. Fair prices equal to any sale price...even their store brands are good. You can even save $5 on Saturday if you save the coupon from a day earlier in the week. BUT, do I? Nope, either find myself there on a Friday or, if it's Saturday...can I find my coupon??? Nope, it's in another jean pocket. 🙃

It's a dollar general. Just a typical dollar general. The aisles are messy a good 90% of the time and they always seem to be getting a truck/load in, but the employees are nice and there are some okay deals. You can find some nice stuff in the seasonal section too.

Always has the items I need. Just one BIG complaint-today I was there and the cashier wasn't wearing a mask. Though I've been fully vaccinated, I was still very uncomfortable. Please young lady, wear your mask for everyone's sake. We are not out of the woods yet.

I did go to the Dollar General store located in Central Village Connecticut and I have been there on many occasions. Unfortunately MY experience in the store was not good. THE customer service is nearly nonexistent and the store was not clean, organized and not well stocked. I asked for HELP in understanding how the store coupons WORK and how to access them and I was not HELPED in a satisfactory way at all. I couldn't help but notice the parking lot had a lot of carts and a lot of garbage. Sadly, these issues are not a one time thing. IT is the norm at this dollar general store. SMH AND DISAPPOINTED.

The store has a good selection of merchandise but is usually pretty cluttered. I'd say most of the employees are friendly especially considering how busy the store usually is which usually means long lines and the help dealing ng with grumpy customers. It's def a nice store to have close for general merch without having to make a trip to Lisbon or Killingly

I like going to this store for their bargains, however, the aisles are ALWAYS packed with carts of merchandise that needs to be put out. Additionally, the shelves are messy.On a good note, the staff are always friendly.

This Dollar General in particular is definitely not my favorite. For some reason they usually get either the lazy or the rude workers the store is always a mess restock carts left in lanes leaving no room and creating a potential fire hazard. I try to avoid and when I do go in its not that often that they have what I'm looking for to begin with. So I went through all of this for nothing.

The store is usually a mess 90% of the time and they are always short staffed. When they are not short staffed they have other coworkers that refuse to help. The guy who claimed to be the manager Kevin is the rudest person in the building. If you visit here be prepared to wait in line for 25mins.

Good store if you need a few things in a hurry but not if you need them at just before closing. Open till 10 but cashier closed and locked the door in my face at 9:53 pm and said "sorry, we're closed".

Waited in line for 25 minutes because there was 1 person checking people out. The register kept acting up and the person working had to have a full on conversation with everyone. I went because I wanted to be in and out getting cold meds, not so much!

I like that it's always clean n for the most part the employees are nice I wish they could be more attentive in that they allow a very long line without opening up a new register

For the most part, whenever I shop here, they have what I need. The only downside to this store, is it seems that there storage area must be to small. It is normal to see carts full of merchandise blocking about 4 isles on one side.

Morning time is best to go here and get what you need other than that well lines get long. And the cashiers well lets just say they shouldnt be working there if doing drugs.

Very hard to shop there,dirty ,dusty piles of product in the way at every turn ,no one at register when you get there ,can not keep good help there ,stopped shopping there all together, now we go out to griswold store ,much nicer, clean ,orderly and a better shopping experience.

The store was clean, there was no stock carts in the way. the store is pretty spacious and was full for gorcery space .Rest room was clean. the cashuer was sub par. but friendly.

Store associates were helpful and it seems that they are getting organized, last time I went in there you could not navigate the store it was such a mess.

Nice cashier not much of a selection but was open later then other stores during Christmas eve and the only associate there was awesome and a good sport

Store is always a mess and cant even see shelves because there’s U boats covering them. The employees are all rude and every time i go they give me an attitude, very poor management and low expectations on their employees. Cant even walk through some isle because there’s stuff everywhere

The only real good thing about this Dollar General is it is close other than that the store is always a mess there is almost never more than one person on the register even when there is 10 people in line.

I stop in every so often when I forget stuff from the larger grocery store. Decent selection of items and good prices though
