I don't usually leave reviews, but I was connected to the pharmacy at 730pm, and given nothing but attitude by the lady off rip, to the point I just hung up the phone. She gave me a hard time and said she doesn't have time to review prescriptions I had because they were closing at 8pm. I had no idea that was the case. Needless to say, I will be calling my doctor to remove any scripts sent their way, and will be calling this locations manager to speak about this ladies rudeness.She got me feeling like a karen, but naw, I am not even like that. The pharmacy needs to hire people that know how to speak to people. I hade no idea this cvs was gonna a close at 8pm. Even if that's the case, this lady was probably a cashier, stressing about doing her job shortly before her quitting time. I didn't even expect to get a refill tonight. Just wanted to know what was what. Her attitude is a bad look for cvs' business.

If it's finding the cheapest price for your medication or your dogs medication, staff are so helpful. Printing out pictures sat with me through the process. Thank you, keep up the great work, it so much appreciated.

It would be REALLY nice if different aisles in this store didn’t close at different times … i’m going to CVS for the PHARMACY so when I look it up and it says 9pm I am assuming that the whole store is open until then … nope! Photo closes at one time pharmacy at another and the store stays open later than all that .. come on!! Obnoxious

Waited at cash register for over 15 minutes to check out cause I needed something behind the counter. No one was in the entire front of the store the whole time., so I couldn't ask anyone for help if I wanted to

Worst CVS ever. Went to receive a money gram and they didn't have more than $150 in the drawer. Why are you offering moneygram services if you can't fulfill the requests? Makes no f'ing sense. Had to sit on the phone with money order a second time to transfer it and then drive to a completely different CVS. Completely ruined my plans tonight. Do NOT cash your moneygrams here!!!

Always have problems with my son's prescription. Every month is the same problem with these people. They never have chocolate pediasure or always short. Smh I would think by now they will be more responsible and order his pediasure in the chocolate flavor as stated on the prescription. Every month they try to give me vanilla or strawberry. It's been twice I took what ever flavor they had and my son refuses to drink them. This time I am not taking that! Fed up with this problem. I'm switching pharmacies tomorrow. Never going there again!

I love this CVS. I live nearby and come in all the time. the staff is friendly and courteous, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that my family and I are taken care of with both prescriptions through the pharmacy as well as everything we need from the store. A few staff members even greet me by name. Its a very hometown feel. Great job Uncasville CVS STAFF!

A loved one of mine made an appointment to receive COVID testing; he was made to wait an hour after his appointment time, only to be called in for his appointment, and told the computers were down. Computers go down sometimes, not their fault, but because his appointment was not honored with no follow-up, and because he was left hanging for so long with no communication, there seems to be issues with running this particular location.

The staff at the pharmacy are excellent. Great customer service. I've seen them have to deal with some really difficult customers They never lose their patience. They just do their best and brush it off before the next person in line comes up to the counter. They're always happy to answer questions. Great job!

Not sure I can call it customer service when you are blatantly ignored by the employees! Yes, plural as in more than one employee. I happened to stop in this location with my boyfriend and as we were walking to the checkout line the man working just finished with a customer looked at us and walked away, while the female employee stocking the shelf looked through us as if we were not there. I am not one for self check out, I believe they take jobs away and lacks the person to person experience while shopping. In this case I was forced to because no one could bother to actually help us. I am sorry you don't like your job, remember you are always welcome to find one where you Do not need to interact with people if you dont like them, otherwise my guess is we are the wrong color to be helped, either way shame on you!

CVS is always a nice place to shop for quick visits however, the coupons at the register are ridiculous as well as the amount of invasive questions the self checkout register asks… 3 1/2 ⭐️ not 4.

I have been a CVS customer for over 20 yrs . I have used many different stores in my area and have never been treated as badly . The pharmacy technicians are extremely rude. CVS is not doing me a favor , I am paying them to provide a service. The location is convenient for me but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I work nearby (for almost 2 years now) and I'm shocked at the lower reviews because I am a frequent customer (I'm usually there buying snacks, drinks, makeup or skincare stuff) and I've never had a bad experience in this location! The staff is always kind, helpful and the pharmacy is quick.

I have had several poor experiences with the pharmacy staff at this location. Particularly filling pain medication after multiple surgeries. So frustrating to be questioned as to why I need certain medication. Finally after being questioned after my last surgery I decided to switch to norwich cvs. It was the best decision I made. Will never go back to Uncasville cvs.

Jason is the best store associate. He is so friendly and welcoming !! He greets every customer and asks about their day. I love his upbeat personality. He is such an asset to your staff and should definitely be recognized.

This CVS is close so I chose its pharmacy to fill my prescriptions initially. The Pharmacy staff were unprofessional and rude. The poor customer service there forced me to switch to a different CVS farther away. What a shame!

The pharmacy as very limited hours. It is inconvenient and disappointing. I have stopped to pick up meds on my way to work and had to have my husband pick them up instead because the store was open but the pharmacy was closed. This has happened multiple times.

CVS pharmacy is terrible I have a one month prescription and they gave me 3 partial so instead of 5 dollar copay it turned into 15! And three trips to CVS! Like I have time for that. I'm never going back to cvs!

Yesterday a customer on front of me, overpaid her bill by $20, her bill was $63 cashier return the cash to the customer!When I made a comment about it, she was surprised I notice, and thought it was a big deal, it's a big deal!Thank you for being honest!

I have to say the pharmacist James helped me out tremendously. He went out of his way to get my daughter her inhaler and I appreciate it so much. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Great service!
