This is 13.00$ this is literally maybe 15 Fry's and 4 strips and a slice of bread . And I ordered sauce and no sauce they tell me that they have no sweet n sour sauce . Horrible service. No drink included this is horrible and they are asking way too much price wise for nothing. And the chicken was hard and Fry was cold. Will not return.

Out of all the icecream places I've ever been to this DQ is my favorite. The staff that work here seem to love serving ice cream in a way I thought was almost scary. Eat breathe and dream ice cream. Gotta hand it to the management, they really must have a great handle on team building or something because my goodness, all smiles and friendly in this location

We called two days ahead of time to get the birthday ice cream cake ready the day we needed it. You must called two days ahead so that it is easier on them and you. They were very nice over the phone. They were as well when I called ahead before I picked up the cake by the drive through. Wonder woman cookie collision ice cream cake was the best ever!!!

Best DQ around. They always make our food correctly.The drive through can look fairly long, but they are quick at taking orders and serving food.And their blizzards are on point. I always get a Mini Blizzard because it is the perfect amount of icecream for me.

I like DQ and this place did a great job. Union greeted me over the speaker was delightful. The ice cream was good as always but the Sunrise Slushy was an epic fail. To me it was toxic waste.

I come to this DQ location quite often, the staff is always friendly and quick to serve food. The quality it always top as well. I wish the prices were a bit lower so I could eat there more often.Parking: Handicapped parking right in front with wheelchair rampsKid-friendliness: It’s 100% kid friendly. First time coming here. I've had their ice cream my entire childhood but never their food. Glad to say it was pretty good. Friendly staff, quick service, and food was pretty good. Burger kind of reminded me of Burger King, which I don't like, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Fries were very good too and stayed hot for my 15 min drive home. I would definitely return.

Absolutely nothing but disgusting teenage fast food work industry why would they hire 99.9% of the youth then %1 of middle-age 10+ years food prep experienced employees to work at this location? When they literally can’t obtain to repetitively train these young employees to do their job?Everytime I go here it’s always the wrong order, poor attitude, long service, and messy orders.Last time is the last time I will ever go to DQ southington they made my blizzard into soup and it dripped it all over my car… NEVER AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Good food, certainly tastier than, say, McDonald's or Burger King. But the service is why we don't come here too often. Once, we ordered the chicken strip basket and it was good, but they took forever to make, and eventually we had to go inside because they gave us the wrong kind of chicken. Not exactly top of the line customer service.

Generally, my past experiences have been good. On my latest visit, however, going through the drive thru, which I don't usually do, I received the wrong order. Instead of a peanut butter cup Blizzard with hot fudge, I received a small vanilla ice cream cup with hot fudge and rainbow sprinkles. I parked and went to return it; however, the order and wait lines were too long. I kept the ice cream and did not enjoy it. Oh, this was after spending almost $30 on a food order.Update: Downgrading to 1 star. First, outdoor food ordering, typically opening at 6PM was closed because "it was raining" -- it wasn't. I was told to use the drive-thru, which was packed, at least 15 cars. Placed my order ($32), paid, received the food, pulled out and guess what? Missing a hot dog and a fry. I went to the closed door and knocked. A worker comes to the door, or at least I thought so, but no, she put something in the register and went back in. Totally avoiding me! Banged on the front window and the manager came out. She did bring me the missing items, but it took time and it was aggravating. One more strike DQ!Upgrading based on a recent visit. No lines. Food was decent and fast.

This is not comparable to farm fresh ice cream but on a hot day it hits the spot. There are many different kinds, from cones to splits and they have all different kinds of toppings and candy to make it with. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating and is usually busy but we never had a problem finding a seat. There is also a drive thru but I think it is quicker to go inside and order to go. It appears clean and there is always someone emptying the trash and wiping tables. All of the employees are friendly and helpful.

I don't like the food, prices are good though. The ice cream is good, and depending on who makes it. The staff is okay hit or miss, some days you get nice staff other days it's rude or just blah. They should expand the parking lot because in the summer it's almost impossible to get a park and the drive thru line can take up the main street and its annoying trying to pass the line on the street. The other seasons aren't so bad for the line but still.

Solid little DQ location. Have frozen treats and hot menu items like chili dogs and chicken fingers. Freezer case with ice cream cakes and whatnot for quick pick up and take out. Inside seating area is small but usually not crowded. They have a Coke Freestyle machine to entertain you with. Overall a great location for a pit stop!

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite place but today I did not have a very good experience. The girl working the drive thru was very hurried and the line wasn’t long at all.. she never flipped the blizzards over (my favorite part) and almost dropped them when handing them to me. Looking for a new dessert place. Recommendations?

Don't let the lines fool you.I only waited ten minutes from the end of the line (I was almost on the street it was so packed) to getting my order and it was.100% right. It has been a long time since I have gotten a correct drive thru order from anywhere during this pandemic. The staff were HUSTLING and still polite and respectful. They were all wearing masks and appeared to be working smoothly under these stressful times. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will return even though they are not close to me or convienent for me personally. Food and Blizzards were great.

I had the worst experience this time when visiting Dairy Queen...my son has sensory issues and will NOT eat melted cheese on his cheeseburger. The server put the cheese slice in a fry tray which it melted on. When I went back to get another piece of cheese, I was charged...for their screw up!! I will NEVER order food again from here!! I can't believe how awful the customer service is. The ice cream is usually good though 😉

Changing my review because usually I have no issues here, however we went through the drive through to get some ice cream. I ordered the chocolate dipped strawberry Blizzard and had literally ONE piece of strawberry in it. I basically over paid for chocolate chip soft serve.

It's Dairy Queen. The food is grill fair and the ice cream is fantastic. This one has a drive through and a small, odd-shaped parking lot so it's easy to get boxed in. Nice days & evenings will bring huge crowds, but the staff is friendly and move fast. They bring the orders to the tables which is nice.

Very busy on a hot day, but only had to wait about 5 minutes after order was placed. Pricing is s little high for soft serve ice cream. Limited seating inside. Counter staff were friendly and accommodating.
