I purchased a ceramic spoon rest which could only be ordered online. It arrived in a very large box, but was only protected by being wrapped in brown paper. Not surprisingly, it was cracked and chipped. I love the item and would have given 5 stars if it had arrived in good condition (had been packaged more appropriately for a breakable item). I had to return, which was an exceedingly easy procedure. I would like to order again, in the hopes that I would receive the item without damage. I write this in the hopes that the shipping department will be better instructed in how to ship fragile items.

I think I just found my new favorite “toy” store. First time here and won’t be my last: good prices, clean store, really friendly staff, and lots of great things to choose from.Pricing is in line with other chains like Home Depot and Lowes, but they have a free loyalty program that gets you points (that turn into credit to be used at the store). I strongly suggest creating a free account before going in - you’re going to end up spending money (maybe more than you thought you would when you see how much great stuff they have), and you’ll kick yourself later you didn’t sign up for rewards first. ;)

Located on route seven here most of the shopping. Huge parking lot and lots of great items. I don’t come here often, but when I do it’s worth the trip. I was looking for a corner piece for weeks at the big box and hardware stores. My last trip they told me try tractor supply. They had exactly what I needed and had a great price. lots of great items for the farm, garden, hunting, etc.

had the propane tank on my RV filled, it is nonremovable so I had to pay the coach up to filling station. They have a 10 foot lead to fill the tank.

This store has HORRIBLE management and crappy service. Went to get pellets and they had a pile of open, ripped bags. The line to register was halfway to the back of the store and even though the cashier called for help 4 times, no one came. Unreal. FINALLY, the kid brought out 2 pallets of pellets. Place SUCKS.

Our local TSC offers facilities for bathing your dog. Frankly, if they are not going to keep the tubs clean, the drains unclogged with hair, tools and combs from being strewn all over the soaking wet floor, mats from being stacked on grooming tables and never have towels available despite advertising them, THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE BATHING FACILITY DOWN. It's filthy, unhealthy and a risk to both dogs and people. Not only that but TSC has the place so understaffed you can't get anyone to help and when you do, you typically get lip service from kids making minimum wage. I reported an incident to corporate but don't expect anything to happen. They even offered a monetary enticement to keep me as a customer but I'm done stepping foot in a TSC again. There are plenty of other places I can get the merchandise I need and the services I'm looking for. What a dump.___________________________________________________So, I called TSC as they had asked in their response below.Keep in mind I called TSC the day this all happened several weeks ago. On that day it took three phone calls before someone finally asked for a callback number. The first two times I called I was disconnected. The third time the employee I spoke with had the commonsense to ask for a callback, telling me that they were having issues with their phone system. I provided him with all the details relating to my experience in the store, including the one person who told me I should "try another TSC." I must have been on the phone with that person for at least 5-6 minutes detailing what a pig sty the bathing area was. Like I said in my initial comment, he offered me a $25 gift card. It was like I have been speaking to someone who was only reading responses off a script. I told him I was not interested and wouldn't be patronizing TSC any longer. We ended our conversation and I'm sure the entire report was deleted before I put my cell phone down.In my call today I had a woman pickup the phone and immediately ask for my callback number because they were having phone system issues. Hmmm, sound familiar? Either that's just a line they give people who are persistent enough to keep calling back or their IT department is as awful as their retail stores. I relayed to the woman everything I had told the other person I had spoke with a few weeks ago.TSC, what was the point of asking me to call customer solutions? Was it just to annoy me with more of your corporate ineptitude? You've lost a customer, one who has been and will continue to tell everyone what a miserable experience I had in your store as well as will your customers solutions nonsense.

11:15 on Friday morning. I walk in the doors and say good morning to the four staff members standing at the desk chatting amongst themselves. No response. (Doesn’t make me feel welcome!) so I go to look for boots. But everything is made in China. There is a larger demographic of us than you think that don’t buy from China any more. It’s time to start reassessing how you buy, if you want our country to survive, buy USA made. We will pay more for it. I probably won’t come back here though based on the customer service.

Placed an online order Friday, and received confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup. Drove 20 miles to TSC New Milford, CT. When I arrived Saturday morning, my order was not read. This was followed by 3 different staff spending total of 30 minutes trying to find product unsuccessfully. Finally they asked me to give them a few days until Monday and said "we will call you back" as its in our inventory (over 100 units show) but we cant find it. Monday comes and goes, no phone call, no word from anyone. All the while Im getting dunning emails from TSC to pick up my order, dont forget to pick up your order, if you dont pick up by monday we will cancel your order... Net net, Horrible process (confirming orders ready for pickup when they are not) and unacceptable customer support - committing to contact me and dropping the ball. TSC cost me +45 minutes and $20 in wasted fuel cost of diving to and from TSC, plus another 40 minutes of my wasted time in their store. I am done with TSC, Will use my local Agway and or Home Depot from now on. Suggest all others do the same.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I enter into the store looking for direction on dust caps. But I couldn’t get the attention of anyone because Terry the “manager” was too busy being angry with his employees. There is no reason to embarrass your workers because your “the boss”. People make mistakes… It’s a shame. I’m 65 and while I glad to see people my age still working, it might be time for Terry to hang it up. Terry really couldn’t care less about his workers OR customers. Pointing your finger and playing the blame game is not the way to go. REPLACE Terry… because Terry seems to have given up on acceptable manners at work and in his own life…. So sad!

I want to just take a minute and call management's attention to high quality employee. I just left the store, and Terry, who was working the check out, was among the more helpful employees I've ever encountered in a retail environment. Not only did he help me save money on my purchase tonight by having me pull up a coupon I didn't know I had in my email, but he also informed me that if I sign up for a tractor supply credit card I can save 5% on all my purchases. I'm in tractor supply on an almost weekly basis buying feed, clothing, propane, etc, and this is the first time an employee has informed me of the fact that I can save money on every purchase by signing up for the store credit card. Thank you, Terry, for letting me know. If I'd known a year ago I probably could have saved hundreds of dollars!

People are helpful and friendly, and I like shopping here for truck and equipment parts, for my work and home. My only complaint with Tractor Supply is it takes them two months or more to restock the shelves. Maybe they'll get that fixed. Oh,by the way, I have to remember my needles for my eyes, so I cannot notice the music.

For non farm based shopping, it is a nice place for pet supplies and basic yard maintenance supplies. Low key. Fair prices. Lots of little gadgets are seemingly always on clearance in the front part of the store.

I love this place. Let me shop at Tractor Supply, Home Depot or Lowes, an auto parts store, Radio Shack or Best Buy, Harbor Freight, and I'll have a perfect day. Stopped by to look at zero-turn mowers (just a little more expensive than HD) but got lost as always with everything else there. The price difference this time was the only reason they lost a star. One of my favorite stores of all time.

Not my usual Tractor Supply Store, but they had the generator I needed in stock. Incredibly helpful and professional staff. They held the generator for me while I drove for 50 minutes to get there. Awesome staff and store.

Great Customer Service! I had a hiccup with my order of rubber stall mats but after speaking with Seamus (Store Manager) he amicably resolved my issue to my sanctification. Will definitely shop here again!

I love this store but things are very over priced. There are deals from time to time so you have to keep your eye out for them. There are also products you cannot get anywhere else. So for those of us who farm it is a great asset. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love tractor supply, but starting to like it less and less. Me and my family have 4 dogs, we feed them the small bones that come in the red bag. We like to get them here because they are big bags for a cheaper price then getting small milk bone boxes for a more expensive price. The past few times that my mom has came here to get some, they have been out they say they'll get some in soon. We'll go back a few days later and they'll be out again and we ask about them again. My grandma had walked in to get some today and she looked for them and then asked if they had any in back and they told her that they got some in, but won't be stocking the shelves until the next day. Wouldn't you think that if a customer needs them, they would open a box and give the customer the desired amount of bags they wanted? You would think, but I guess not. Disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I bought online for in-store pick up thinking it would be faster... boy was I wrong. I ended up staying in the store for an hour waiting for someone to process me and then waited to have someone who was willing to get the rubber mats I ordered. Apparently nobody wanted to help pick up horse mats outside, so I had to help out

I went in there with my boyfriend and couldn’t find something we were looking for, the girl up front I think her name was Shelby she was on her phone couldn’t help me find what I was look for. Another gentleman that worked there had to help us find it. We then go to check out and while checking us out she’s texting. Very bad service! We won’t be back.

Absolutely does not open at 7 am.My youngest brother is a lazy bastard and I often have to drive him to highschool in the morning. Once a week or so I use the opportunity of being in the area to go to Tractor Supply. It is usually 7:30am by that time an I have to sit and wait a good half hour for the store to open. I'm not saying anything bad about that store, just that it is very frustrating to have a blatantly wrong store opening time listed online.

Place has so much potential but is always disorganized. Shelves are often half stocked and other parts are cluttered. Checkout is rarely quick, I think the process needs some work.
