Kylie did a great job. This was our first time as our previous groomer retired. Although our Yorkie was new to her she did a wonderful grooming session, he looks great. She is very friendly.

The women in the grooming department are terrific. They are helpful, do a great cut and communicate with me when a decision is needed. You can tell they love animals because my dog is always happy to see them. New Milford PETCO is the best!

We have tried to cut our Weimaraner's nails ourselves. However, he is much too fussy for us to handle. Kylie is able to take care of this for us with no worries on our part. She is very good at what she does.

Lisa and Kyle are very patient with the dogs. Listen when you request certain requirements and will offer their professional opinion. The dogs are very comfortable with them and it is obvious why. Kudos to them both...Very very pleased.

My dog gets very upset when he sees other dogs. The groomer sat on the floor, petted him while speaking in a very calm voice. This really helped soothe him while he waited his turn. As soon as he calmed down she was able to clip his nails very quickly.

I brought my Toy Poodle for complete package grooming. I asked for a trim. When I picked her up I didn’t recognize her at first. She had her entire body shaved almost to her bare skin including her face and ears. I couldn’t believe it and I couldn’t react I was too upset and angry.
