I only go here for my plants and cat food. Always priced fairly and they always order my cat food ahead so it’s in stock for me every single time I come in. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! And every plant I have gotten from there has been in great health. I won’t go anywhere else.

Not a bad store, but small. Better selection in Danbury and at Tractor Supply. Prices are not bad but some products seem very overpriced compared to similar stores.

I went for a quick stop to get some free mini pumpkins after seeing a facebook post about it and the lady at the register was so kind. I rarely sign up for rewards programs for stores but I was convinced in a nonpushy way. Will definitely stop by again to rack up those points to go towards dogs treats!

I‘ve never had a bad experience here… I cannot say that same sentence about Home Depot. I just wish Agway could sell everything they have, bc then I’d never go to HD again. …this is my new favorite store.

This is a great store. Their prices are very fair. The selection is also great. They have everything you need for your garden, lawn, pet, and other household needs. They fill propane tanks if you need that as well. Frequently they run sales on many items that you might need. Especially in the summer time. The employees are very helpful and will always lend a hand to load your car or answer a question.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent, excellent service. I'm doing a lot of installs for my business and Brian, if he didn't move heaven, did move a lot of earth to get me my deliveries (of mulch) in time for me to complete the work before my clients returned. This makes clients happy, and me happy, and helps my business grow. There are many others but in addition to Brian, I think Taylor in-store and Brendan out delivering are a trifecta of awesomeness and deserve a special shout-out. The out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem solving and willingness to go that extra mile are why I return here again and again. Update Sept 2021 - Manager Troy was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving a few small but complex issues and I appreciated his taking the time in looking into things. Keep up the great work!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went in today to buy a few Boxwoods, and Larissa (I think that is her name) was absolutely phenomenal! So helpful, nice and informative. She helped load up the box woods for me and some great tips. She is truly amazing, as is everyone there… will be back!!

Love the plant selection. Plants from last year are still doing well, and there is even some plants specifically made for Agway. Got a cola plant last year and it is still going strong, smells like cola and tastes like it too.

Great products and all the knowledgeable staff are very helpful. The only reason I take away one star, the rude teenage cashiers. Every single time I go, they forget to ring things up, they don't even say hi half the time, on the phone for most of the time including during transactions. I've heard them on the phone with other customers and they are not too helpful there either. If something rings up incorrectly, or was mismarked, instead of apologizing and check the price, they just say nope, that's the price they ring up at. (Not that I need the price dropped, I could be wrong. But I'd at least like to not be treated like I'm stupid by a kid).I understand that they're teenagers and its just a part time job for them, but everything else about this staff and store is wonderful. They should really be a lot nicer and friendlier to customers as it is the last interaction leaving the store. No matter how nice everyone else is, you leave with a sour taste because of the awkward and rude teen girls running the register.

The employees are friendly, helpful and want to be there! They also treat the live chicks with respect and handle them gently. Coming from a family legacy of farming and animal husbandry, it is important to me to know how a company treats the animals in their care; even if the animal is to be used for eggs or consumption. Good marks from me toward Agriventures in New Milford, CT.

Grass seed has High prices. Over all feed is about the same price as TSC but I would say you can find petter quality here. Plants same fairly priced and good quality

Agway is my second home practically LOL they have the variety of wildlife and pet food that I use plus they have everything I need for my home and garden and the staff is quite knowledgeable especially Troy. They are all extremely helpful and friendly it is always a pleasant experience. They also have outdoor clothing for the season such as rubber boots for the spring time, heavy Carhartt jackets for winter time etc.

Soso. I bought a 50lb bag of Chicken Lay Crumble, alot of it is powder. Not good, my chickens don't like it. Dont know if its been stored along time or just poor quality feed.
