Pretty good tractor supply. The people there were decently nice. They had almost everything we needed. They had a wide variety of seeds and other things. The halls were a bit crammed though because they were restocking so it was a bit difficult to get to certain areas. Other than that, good place with lots of supplies.

The employees here are really awesome. I couldn’t find the canning jars I needed, but Jen looked up which stores had them in stock. She also helped me find the farm where I now buy my raw milk from. Thanks Jen!!

I lost my whole hub on a trailer a few hours from home and had it towed to this store because it was close by and anticipating they would have the parts I needed to fix it. Unfortunately they did not have the parts however after dealing with Katherine at customer service I felt the need to leave a 5 star review at least on her performance. After she found out that what I needed was not in stock at this store she immediately got onto the computer to view other stores inventories and make phone calls to confirm the stores had the parts and asked them to be set aside so I could come pick them up. She worked very hard to locate all the parts at one store so I would not have to drive to multiple stores but ultimately that’s what was required. None the less, I deal with a lot of different individuals at different stores vendors and suppliers and the pride she took in her job her diligence and proficiency was a step above. I love tractor supply! But I bought some chicks and were told they were black Rhode Island reds.. Well they're not! They are Austrolorp. Luckily it's a compatible breed For what I'm looking for in a chicken but if it wasn't I would not be too happy right now! I also wanted to add to this post that 3 out of 5 of my chicks turned out to be roosters!!!

Their manager was HORRIBLY rude to me when I asked for help and seriously and literally walked away from me as I was asking her for help. I will NEVER shop there again and suggest that nobody else does either... at least not until they get some new workers in there that actually want to work and take pride in what they do. Almost every time I DID go there, a group of the "workers" were standing outside talking in a group, NOT WORKING! I had to wander around the store for about 10 minutes the last time I went there when I FINALLY found (I think her name was Ashley) the "manager" talking on her cell phone. So I patiently waited at a distance so I could give her a little privacy but also make myself known since I couldn't find anyone else. I 1st smiled at her when she finally made eye contact... she didn't acknowledge me. I then waved when she made eye contact again... she didn't acknowledge me. I moved in a little closer to her and she STILL didn't acknowledge me!!! I waited about 5 minutes and then "Ashley"(?) actually just starts to walk away from me towards the back of the store!!! I finally said "excuse me but I could use a little help here" and I had to say it 3 or 4 times, getting louder each time, before she even acknowledged I was there!!! This whole time, she is STILL on her cell phone too!!! She never once said "I'm sorry, can you please just give me a minute and I will be right with you", or "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, please let me find someone who can help you", or just tell the person on the other end of your personal cell phone that you have to go right now so you can do your damn job and help a damn customer!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! HOW DARE YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE THEY'RE A BOTHER TO YOU WHILE YOU'RE THERE TO HELP THE DAMN CUSTOMERS!!! IF I COULD POST A REVIEW WITH NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD, BUT THEY MAKE YOU GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR, EVEN THOUGH YOU DON'T DESERVE IT!!! WORST STORE EVER!!!

I love this place. They have a little bit of everything. You won't be confronted by a massive selection of any one item, which is good, because you will find exactly what you need to get the job done. Very friendly staff.

Normally never have a issue coming here but the last few times staff seemed clueless on what i was looking for and stopped there tonight after running out of hay for the rabbit. Pulled up at 7:28pm when the store closes at 8 and the staff is all walking out together locking up telling me there closing up store. Pretty frustrating had to explain to my cryin special needs 5 year old why she couldn't get her rabbit hay

Excellent customer service! Staff was very helpful on the phone and in the store. Jeff went above and beyond to answer questions I had about a product over the phone and when I got there, one of the staff members who was in the middle of doing something stopped and asked if I needed help then got the product from the back of the store. No one seemed annoyed or bothered.

Most of the time, it is pretty good. Staff is pretty good most of the time. Staff should be better trained in how to lookup items ; instead of " if you don't see it ,we're probably out of it". Other than that , the store is good and friendly.

Overall I like the company but this store is awful. I asked for help, got blown off and told if something wasn't right there they couldn't have it anywhere else. The item showed it was in stock and there was no spot on the shelf for it. When I asked for help a second time I got attitude and asked "what were you looking for?" Then he walked into the isle, said they don't have it and walked aways to continue building a wheelbarrow. Very disappointing customer service

Staff very helpful. Everyone should check it out. They have items you wouldn't even imagine. Dog food, blue buffalo 5 dollars less expensive then anywhere else. Socks, heaters, rakes, plants, candy., etc. It reminds me of the general stores from long ago. Love it!

This is a great store to buy your dog food The brand 4 health is the best dog food I have ever bought! Very respectful location honest! Some some products are a bit pricey! I even saw baby chicks at the store which is quite interesting !! Above all a great store! They even have a miniature dirtbike at the store! Like always I suggest you shop at a big department stores like this one!

Great place to get farm and pet supplies as well as outdoor workwear and tools. I wouldn't call it 'home improvement' as the description says; there isn't too much besides some novelty items for indoors. This location is convenient, there is ample parking, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I shop here seasonally and will continue to do so.

Customer service is lacking. Staff was talking amongst themselves, setting up signs that were all over and barely stopped talking to each other long enough to wait on me. This seems to be a norm at this store. Lucky for them they carry things I like.

I bought an item there for my bunny cage. I brought it home and it didn't fit. So I went back 2 days later, with the receipt, and ask for my money back. However, I was told by the cashier, I cannot have my money back or have it credited back to my card, I had to get a gift card. I didn't want to gift card. I wanted my money back so I can go to another store and buy the correct item. So now I have a gift card, that I will never use, because I will never go back to that store. Horrible return policy!!

Not the biggest one of the chain but adequate for the area. They have all the essentials and a good selection of seasonal and specialty merchandise. Pretty good amount of hunting supplies but little to no fishing. Could do to have predator control supplies. Pet supplies are excellent and lawn care stuff is great. Good supply of chain saws and accessories.

My second online purchase of pet supplies was easy and convenient. In-store pickup up was fast with friendly service!This company provides excellent communication with its customers. TSC’s initial order confirmation specifically mentions that the customer will receive an email indicating when an item will be available for pickup. By doing do, TSC does not waste a customer’s time, or subject a customer to improper treatment.My favorable TSC experiences are in sharp contrast to that of another local store. I ordered a $250 air purifier from Lowe’s Cromwell and had a terrible time. Although I was notified by FedEx that the item was delivered to the store, I received no email instructions from Lowe’s regarding its availablity for pickup.I went to the store the day of delivery and was ordered to come back the next day. I would not agree to make another trip since it was already available in the store. Given my failure to comply with the staff member’s orders, I was told to leave the store immediately or the police would be called. This shocking behavior was more characteristic of experiences decades ago of shopping behind the Iron Curtain of Eastern Europe, not Connecticut of 2019.So as more of our shopping is done online, it is important to find stores that communicate clearly and treat customers with respect. TSC is one such store! It is highly recommended!

I went in the other day and the cashier Grant was not friendly at all !! He didn’t acknowledge me when I came in,didn’t ask for my member number when I checked out. . And I was in a hurry,so I tried handing him my debit card and he didn’t even look at me and said you can do it over there !! That is not customer service at all !! And this is the second time I’ve encountered him,and I overheard other customers complaining about the same thing.

The smell of rubber and chemicals is so strong in this place its hard to spend any amount of time in there. I feel badly for the employees who are likely inhaling VOC's all day, every day. I get that it's a hazard of seeking products loaded with chemicals and such but the store could have air quality systems in place. I suppose it would be bad for business if employees wore respirators but they probably ought to!

I had such an uplifting positive experiene at the Tractor Supply Co. In Middletown CT. The assistant manager Jodi went above and beyond to make our shopping experience something very special. The other staff, especially Will, went out of their way to meet my needs. This was my first visit to Tractor Supply, but it certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend visiting the store on Newfield st. In Middletown ct. It was an excellent experience.

Web site says they have what I'm looking for but when I arrive the it magicaly disappears, when I ask a store clerk if I could pull him or her away from the board meeting they are having they say it's on a skid in back and he can't open it up. Ive seen and read their catalogs before, but this was the first time Ive been in one. Love it. It's almost like Cabelas,Lowes and Pet Center had a 3 some, and 9 months later Tractor Supply Co. arrived.Where else can you get a camo jacket, a Schrade knife , a 36 piece DeWalt drill bit set, 40lbs of top shelf dog food and winch and toolbox for your Chevy? Right here buddy, right here.
