Friendly staff and a great place to get extra special stuff, I recently purchased a raw goat milk green goddess blend for my dog and she is loving it. really great fresh stuff for those who care about their animals. I have been looking for a good raw goat milk for over a year now I wish I found this place sooner!

High quality pet food, treats, vitamins and holistic health supplements for my dogs. The probiotic treats I bought here helped my dog lots, so I’m very thankful for that. I also tried a natural joint supplement for my other pup and he is happy to be active again.

I made a pretty large purchase on 10/16/2023 for my puppy. The next evening I was transferring the puppy food I had purchased from this location to see that it has been expired!!!!! I’m highly disgusted that not only am I feeding this to my animal their staff is not checking inventory for expiration. Be cautious when making a purchase from this location. I’d hate for our little fur babies to get sick. I guess money is more important than keeping our pets safe and healthy. Never again will I go there and I will ensure to spread the word. Horrible service. I had walked in for a specific brand and they didn’t have it then so one of the owners had said that he would have it on Friday. So I came back days later but before I headed there I called to ask if they had it and they said no but that they had something similar and it was the last one in stock so I had asked for the item to be put on hold. When I arrived there, the item was not on hold. So I had asked where the item was because they had moved their inventory around and there were like 5 people just hovering around the cash register and one of them just points to the back. Thanks for being specific. That’s when I realized that every time I’ve walked in for the past year and I’ve had questions, there’s always people hovering around the cash register with the owner sitting on the chair as usual. Great customer service. Overpriced as well and the whole point system they have is horrible. Supposedly you get money off after a certain amount you spend but they it set so high that probably after spending thousands you might see a $5 off. I would rather pay a lot for shipping from the actual Open Farm website than drive down the road to buy from this place.

Was really impressed by the amount of selection they have for cats and dogs. Whether it be medecine, food, treats, toys, etc. I first went to buy tick spray for my dogs but returned to check out the dog food. The staff is really friendly, and knowledgeable on the items they have. I was impressed by thier inventory of the Fromm brand food that I buy for my dogs. Their prices are excellent for natural dog and cat foods that may normally be hard to find. Even pricey Orijen and Acana are offered at a more affordable price.They are for sure the only petstore I will go to, to purchase food and treats for my pets. They also offer rewards programs for some brands that give you a free bag of food after a certain amount of purchases. My dog Bella was very happy to have good tick repellent and great food. Customer service is exceptional, the store is always well kept & clean, atmosphere friendly, owners very informed & happy to answer or research with you any questions on food & vitamins, etc. & how it relates to the health of your animal. I have been going here for years & they never disappoint. I believe a healthy diet keeps my dogs & cats healthy & vet bills lower. My biggest step towards that goal is this store!

I’ll be honest, I’ve seen this place on my way home a few times, but always forgot to stop and check it out. So dumb.Long story short: my Yorkie/Schnauzer mix had bladder stones and was prescribed Hills Science U/D wet food to shrink them so he can pass them, then he’d be put on Royal Canin to maintain (both are terrible). I was originally giving him Blue Buffalo Life protection. I knew it was a terrible change and I was nervous about giving him that food knowing the possibility that it can cause more harm than good. I really wanted to go the holistic route, but didn’t know where to start and the vet made it seem like prescription food was the ONLY option. I knew he was wrong, but I didn’t challenge him enough and didn’t do research to find holistic food to begin with. I literally had to hand feed my dog that garbage for 2 1/2 months because he wouldn’t go near it.Seriously, make your way in and do right by your pets. My dog is my everything and coming here saved his health from deteriorating. He’s almost 3 and is a very healthy boy and I’d like to keep it that way. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, non-judgmental and point you in the right direction. I found a much better food for him (frozen food/raw) and he runs right to his food every day and eats it faster than I’ve ever seen him eat. It makes me so happy I can cry. They have a life long customer. Love this place. ❤️

We love this place! We came in looking for advice on what to feed our 2 year old pickey eater corgi who was also having some gastro issue and the gentleman helped! The first suggestion has worked like a charm. I will get my supplies here from now on and not and big boxes stores.

This store has a wonderful variety of healthy pet foods, toys, and supplies for your furrt freinds. The owner is very knowledgeable about pet issues and diet. They did special orders for me so that I could keep my dogs on the same food they ate whrn we lived in Atlanta. I truly enjoy shopping here.
