Been coming here on and off since 2005. Not sure why Google only thought to prompt me for a review now. Long over due. Meriden feed is one of the best supply stores to go too. Employees are always helpful, it's well stocked, and always clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

Mom and Papa operated. This place was great has a lot of options for pet food or feed for chickens, ducks... etc. The lady was super friendly and helpful, she stated that they can also help you pre-order chicks all kinds of breeds. I will be shopping here more frequently going forward.

Fantastic customer service and huge selection - I wish this feed store was just a bit closer but I will definitely head back out that way for a stash of hemp bedding for the chicken coop. Pepper Simon (the bernedoodle) also gave him an excellent review - he hands out dog treats!

Very helpful and knowledgeable owner. Wide variety of feeds and supplies for home pets and farm animals. Meriden is a little further than I like to go for dog food and supplies but I like this place and the owners desire to assist as well as I find the prices very competitive. For personalized friendly service, definitely shop here.

A great place. It's a garden center that hasn't been corperatized. It carries the real deal stuff tha farmers come there for. No bullcrap. Real soil,and fertilizers etc. Coast of Maine, etc. The warehouse is the place for everything. Not a big showroom. Agwayy sold out. Come here for your home and family farm needs.

Great selection, cheaper than most other pet stores and the owner really cares about his customers and tries to get to know them personally. If you become a regular, you can find great deals and build a great relationship with the staff that'll equally try to help you out.

Very helpful and eventhough they didn't have exactly what I wanted they were willing to order it in the future. They did have a soy free organic chick starter and at a good price so I picked that for now. I can add more protein and eventually get the corn free stuff. I should have called sooner to order but this is my first hatching. I thought it would be easier to get but obviously no one carries this regularly.

Very excited about my first purchase in this place! For the past few months I've been asking friends where to get baby chicks for my kids. Found them here after driving by on our way to a delivery. They hooked me up with everything I needed.

One of the cashiers asked if he could help me with some root start, said he didn't see any available and when asked about other items, seemed abit disinterested and dismissive. right after he left, I found the root start on my own, and bought a couple of things despite his lack of enthusiasm to help. Decent product available, but they seemed to be a bit haphazard about restocking.

And they also have a delivery service that's cheaper than anywhere else. the delivery guys are also very nice and extremely helpful!

I go there mainly for dog food, and they have quite the selection. (Blue Seal!) They also have cat, chicken, horse, ferret, and rabbit feed as I parused the place in the retail area. They CAN get you anything you need for typical farm animals, as well as those who grow gardens. (Canadian loam, cow manure, popular and natural pesticides, etc.) tools. They will order what you need, if something isn't right in stock.This company is a local business, and, WE ALL KNOW THE LOCAL BUSINESSES ARE THE BEST, DONT WE?😎😎😎

No matter what you need for animals you'll find it here. You'll also find supplies for your yard even pond supplies. Bird feeders and cages, horse supplies and every pet food for every animal. The staff answers every question you have and Charlie the owner is the best

Very nice place and the owner is extremely helpful. They have most everything for pets , livestock and wild bird. If they don't have it they can order it.
