In a beautiful late April afternoon, we went for shopping in this mall and found a whole lot of shops with good brands and with great discounts. On one side there are rows of shopping outlets . Another side- there’s casinos - in two floors. Nicely decorated. A must go place if u are in CT or southern part of NY state.

The outlet mall is connected with Foxwoods Casino and Resort which is the second largest casino in America until they finish construction on a new addition they are building.Nice stores and not too crowded during the daytime 230pm on a Friday. Most people were at the casino.Even a family of eagles were perched at the highest point on the top of the outlet casino appear to have chosen to do their eating and living there.

Actually, great outlets . No too busy. We enjoyed shopping there. Great deals in most of the stores. We hit the jackpot at Kate Spade , Michael Kors, and Addidas.Great place to kill some time.I'm definitely recommending.

Moms first trip out since having a partial lobectomy. She loved it! I would give six stars but had too settle on 5!

Nice selection of stores. It was practically empty on a weekday morning. Great deals. The only downside is that there are no decent food options beyond ice cream and Cinnabon once you are in the outlet area.

Came to Tanger Outlets to browse but ended up finding a bunch of places to browse in. Think it has like 61 stores. Ended up having ice cream at Häagen-Dazs, and pictures at the Selfie Museum. Very clean establishment. Clothing stores, food , jewelry, purse stores. Love Coach, H&M, Levi's , Forever 21, Express, Calvin Klien etc...

Love the fact that it’s an experience and part of the casino. Not too many stores in comparison to any outdoor outlet but large for an indoor. I would say they definitely have the top traffic stores.

Because they promoted the manager from Westbrook to Foxwoods, the below is relevant to Foxwoods Tanger Outlets now, and not Westbrook (also, Westbrook is no longer a Tanger Outlets, as it was sold):I took my eldest daughter, age 4, to the Tanger Outlets in Westbrook, CT on 7/12/14. We parked in the perimeter parking area and were waiting for traffic to pass to then cross, however a tall dark-haired man wearing dark sunglasses said to stay on the road, [then to cross]. I nodded, and while holding my daughter’s hand, we followed along the road and then crossed. After crossing, I curiously asked what it was that we were avoiding. He said the mulch, which people can trip on since it is not compact. There was a narrow strip of mulch (perhaps 5’) where across the street where we stood when he made his statement.I said: “Someone tripped on it?”He said: “Not on my watch.”I said: “Oh. Did it happen before?”He said: “It’s none of your business.”I inquired: “I was just curious.”He replied: “Why the hell do you want to know?”I said in a moderately quite voice, as my hand still held my daughter’s: “Don’t talk to me that way in front of my child.”He told me to leave, and as I readied to leave, I asked his name, to which he refused to tell me.As I walked away, I felt very uncomfortable. I saw no one wearing a Tanger shirt, so I reached for my phone. I hoped to ensure no one else would endure this experience by letting a manager know what happened. In doing so, I noticed my hand was shaking to the point where it was hard to dial the number to the Tanger office. But, I managed to do so and then saw an employee, whom I asked if I may speak to a manager. She brought me to one. However, the man she brought me to was the very man who affected me and my daughter! When he saw me, he said: “I want you to leave.”I said I’m here to bring my daughter to the food and other event. I then said I’d like to speak to a manager, and he said: “I am the manager.”, to which I requested to speak to his manager and what his name is, to which he replied Dave. Dave said, “I’m calling security.”I said: “for what?”He had the gall to say: “You’re harassing me.”He called security, and I had told the employee that brought me there that I had felt threatened by him, then I said: “I’m going to walk away and bring my daughter to what we’re here for.” As I left, I think I heard him cancel the request, but given how I see things work around there when he’s in charge, I can only imagine what was in store for us if I talked to security.I got food for my daughter, and sat down. I then noticed an uncomfortable tightness in my abdomen. We then walked around, as my daughter asked, but as we did the tightness built into a pain. I ended up leaving prematurely, and I don’t see myself returning so long as that man may be there. Truly, there was nothing else to this story of any significance I can identify. I remained polite pretty much the whole time (I did get a bit panicky when he angrily confronted me when the employee brought me to him), though perhaps at a cost. The only silver lining is that I may now be more empathetic toward people dealing with this kind of bullying.A decade ago I had a decade of retail experience. There are many places with zero tolerance for this kind of behavior by a manager, and despite having two kids and a 1-month old, I felt it worth my time to write about this experience to try and help others avoid the assistant manager of Tanger Outlets, Westbrook, CT. But, whatever happens next is up to whomever that can do something that reads about my experience.

So many of the original stores aren't there anymore. There are still plenty left. They have added an escape room, a smash room, a paint your own pottery, and a place just like the 80's Glamor Shots.

I want to thank the staff at the Tanger Outlet at Foxwoods! I was looking for breakfast and it was 11:30 and they were serving lunch, however, the nicest staff you could ask for went out of their way to make me breakfast!! Bacon, eggs and the whole deal. I can’t remember their name but again thank you for making my day better! And PLEASE START DOING BREAKFAST 7 DAYS A WEEK! You won’t be sorry!!!

Boy did they build this place to be as ugly as possible. Looks like a mall straight from the 90s, yet its a fairly new place. Whoever oversaw the development of this property really dropped the ball on interior design. What a shame, could have been really beautiful and pleasant to walk through but instead of bland, boring, and not worth visiting.

Now I'm going to give it some slack since covid and what not. But there were too many empty slots. That's the only thing that hurts its.

Many stores went out so there are less shopping options. Also, there is no food court.

Great place to shop and look around. It’s located right inside Foxwoods Resort Casino and they have a wide variety of stores! The mall is kept extraordinary clean which is appealing. There are numerous shops and concessions located on each of the three floors. Tanger Outlets has everything from escape rooms to candy shops! Just be advised that there’s a fairly good amount of walking involved. The mall is handicap accessible which is always great. Certainly stop by and you’ll have a blast!

Indoor shopping (no worries about heatwave rain, snow, cold), fun, exercise. It’s like “hitting multiple birds with one stone”(I made that up for description purposes 😀)Great deals especially on holidays and so many stores to choose from. Lounges all over the outlet in case you want to take a break. Convenient bathroom locations. Great fastfoods choices. What more can you ask for! You can save your receipts, create an account in tanger outlets app and upload them. You get a certain reward once you reach a certain amount. The more you spend, the better the reward.

2-2-24 tru 2-4-24 I came through the entrance of the casino there is another entrance as well a lot of stores 3 levels a lot of walking so u need some kind of walking shoes or sneakers these are concrete floors as well as carpet so u will feel the pain in your feet if u don't have the correct shoes this place has Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Old Navy has women's plus sizes in the store up to 3x, H&M I'm not sure if women's plus in the store I know they sell it online California Kitchen, Starbucks, Dunkin open 24 hours, Hell's Kitchen, Guy Fieri, Clark's shoes, Skechers, Nike, Kay's Jewelry as well as Coach just to name a few I totally forgot one of the escalators was out of service for 2 days at least the first day I got there it was out of service and the next day when I went back to the outlets the escalator was still out of service needless to say everybody was taking the small elevators and they was slow as heck

Love this outlet while I’m staying at the casino. Please become an Tanger outlets reward member qualifies for great discounts. When you buy items from any of the stores inside the outlet take the receipts to the visitor to add points to your membership. Great saving and great location.

Last Saturday me and my family went to The Gallery before dinner at Hell’s Kitchen. I would say this spot is more for women not a lot of options for men. I thought there would be more considering it’s in Foxwoods. We went with a group of 6 and only 2 of us took photos. Sucks that the price was $40 each.. wish we could’ve gotten a refund for the other 4. A Few things they should consider is securing a few of the stations like the tub and chairs someone can hurt themselves. Also creating more unisex stations.

An amazing selection of stores. I also love how it’s inside instead of outside. Lots of outlets are mostly outside. This makes the shopping experience so much easier.

We ate at Guy Fiery. Burger and fries were amazing! Friendly staff. Prompt service. We will be back! The fries alone are worth the trip. The waiter recommended one of the signature drinks. So tasty!
