We came in on Christmas Eve with our dog that had been attacked. We were treated with care and respect at every turn. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they provided us and our dog. I am so grateful for them. They were so attentive, followed up constantly and truly seemed to care deeply about our dog and about our peace of mind. I can't say enough about the staff that day and night. They were amazing.

We have gone to Dr. Zeveney for 30+ years. She may have just started working for Pieper Olson. She is gentle with our animals, sympathetic with our family when we had to put our pets down, supports us with tough decisions, and counsels us with all the pertinent information to make medical decisions about our pets. Dr. Zeveney. She has given our pets excellent care. Christine has always been pleasant and helpful. The vet assistants are kind and caring.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Audrey is hands down one of the most thorough, compassionate and kind vets we have come across. She has managed multiple dogs of ours who have each had their own medical conditions requiring different levels of care. We not only have dealt with end of life care for our sweet pup with her to things as simple as a well checks and every time we see her she is consistent and always dedicates time to each visit. I have never once been presented with a hard stop of a treatment plan and she has always allowed us to consider alternative treatment options and plans. She greets our dogs as if they are her own, which is one of the things we love the most. I couldn’t recommend her enough! In addition, the entirety of the front desk staff and vet techs are kind, quick with check ins and always available for questions when asked. I truly could not recommend a place more!

One of my dogs was seen at the Pieper Emergency Hospital in Middletown and was taken care of so well by all the staff that I decided to change both of my dogs to their location in Marlborough!I was seen today for a wellness visit and loved the care and attention that my dear Samara received. They were thorough, informative and always asked before proceeding with any procedure. I’ve had some experiences at other locations where things are just done without you being aware until it is time to pay your bill.Their pricing is fair, the staff is very friendly and attentive and their main concern is always the well-being of the animal. What else do you need?So glad to have switched my pets to Pieper Veterinary Marlborough Animal Hospital and Dr. Tipton & his assistant Sam is the best!

You all treat my pup like the special little baby he is 🙃 I love hearing the team in the back tell my dog what a good boy he is, then watching him come out all tail wags and happy! They put both me and my pup at ease! Not to mention they did excellent work on his recent dental surgery and eye mass removal - both healed beautifully without issue. Very happy patients here!

My dogs have been patients at Marlboro Animal Hospital for over 20 Years! I have always been very happy with the care my dogs received there! When Dr Tipton started working at the hospital he diagnosed, treated and cleared up a chronic ear problem that my dog had been suffering with for years. When my older dog passed away Dr Tipton was very helpful and kind, going above and beyond! The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful too! I highly recommend the Marlboro Animal hospital!

Great staff! Sadly, I lost my new cat. "Blinky" jumped outside his carrier in my car abruptly and Ms. Chris listened to me with patience, empathy, and concern. She confirmed that they recieved his poster information and he was on their list for missing pets.

I do love the veterinarians so far. they have been very knowledgeable and are wonderful with our dogs. Over all good place, knowledgeable, clean and we are able to get an appointment in reasonable times. a lady that works the desk of the Marlborough location could be more mindful of manners when working with the public and empathy to pet owners.Edit:7/8/2020. Our experiences have improved greatly. Thank you!Edit: 4/20/22. We've had much better experiences lately! Chris at the desk is my favorite!! She listens - really HEARs what you say and is so incredibly helpful, kind and empathetic.Samantha the vet technician was fabulous with our French bulldog when he went in for some sedated images. And Dr. Tipton - he is new and I was skeptical about seeing a new doctor - BUT he is WONDERFUL!! I hope he stays a longtime.. we have 3 dogs and it's a comfort knowing the staff is invested

I have been fired according to MS. Whitehouse because I didn't show the staff respect. She did not show me respect but I guess that's okay. I did apolizgize to everyone after being upset.. They canceled the appointment on me leaving my very lame dog without help. When I left both the receptionist and doctor were very kind to my face. Evidently that was a false face. So watch your back. They can't keep track of anything they do. They push you until you react then are surprised. My dog has no care because they don't care. Horrible place.

I can't say enough about Dr. Tipton. His timely diagnosis and response to our dog's gallbladder infection was instrumental in bringing her back from the brink of the grave. The staff is very attentive and professional.
