Excellent customer service here. Smaller than the nearby big box stores but they pack a lot into the store and often have better deals with sales & coupons. They also have an excellent selection of soil and fertilizers for natural and organic gardening. Their plants are also hearty. Definitely get there early-ish in the season though for best selection.

LOVE this place!!! Customer service is wonderful, everyone is so friendly, helpful and patient. I was looking for plants that will attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. The Gentlemen that helped me, took me all around the different plants answered all my questions and helped me pick the perfect flowers!

I always enjoy making a trip to Agway. They sell really nice plants, that are of great quality, the staff is helpful and they allow dogs in store. There is a wide selection of products and I always make sure to get a bone for my dog. I recommend taking care of all of your gardening needs here. I’ve been to Lowe’s and Home Depot, their quality does not compare to Agway’s. This is a really great store.

I am so pleased with the knowledge and customer focus of Clint at Agway Manchester who helped me with an extensive list of plants I was seeking on behalf of my son in Glastonbury CT! Beyond the plants he had in stock, he pulled out the stops to locate high-quality more exotic plants that I was looking for. Pricing was excellent and the plants were beautiful!Most of all, Clint was so understanding of the special circumstances if my so ‘s Newly paved driveway and road, and worked with us to hold plants until my son can accept them!Great customer service! Thank you Clint!

I went in looking for outdoor furniture and after searching several different places I found what I was looking for at Agway. I had to ask a cashier 3 times for even a price and then when I wanted it they could not help me. I did not even want them to put it together I told them I could take the display. They said that was fine but would not help me until after 3pm to put it in my car. It was 1030am when I wanted to buy. I did not end up buying the furniture because no one was willing to help me buy it or put it in my vehicle. This was extremely poor service and will purchase elsewhere.

I come here primarily for dog food. i very rarely leave a 5 star review unless I really like a place. Prices are fair but my main takeaway from this place and reason I'm saying 5 stars is the staff. Always friendly and helpful if needed without being overbearing. Been here many times and it's always the same. Every store should follow along with whatever they're doing here cause it works perfectly. I like bringing my dogs here too and it's allowed

I have always loved coming to this agway. I believe the manager, middle aged white hair man is an amazing person and resource for all things outdoor and pet. BUT recently, the last two times I have gone here, there is a very rude young girl in her mid twenties, who works at the first register with dark brown hair, who replies back to questions with a huge attitude. If she would get off her phone maybe she’d have less of an attitude. Unfortunately we will seek other means of getting our supplies. We spend way too much money here to be disrespected every time we ask a question.

First time really taking the time, looking around and shopping there and I saw lots of new brands I've never seen before! The saleswoman was very knowledgeable about the products she sells and gracefully helped me with the questions that I had. Will be going to purchase my pet needs there from now on!

Whenever I go to the Manchester Agway I always have questions about what products would best suit my needs. Many larger box stores have the products I maybe looking for but do not have have anyone available to answer my questions. At Agway there is always someone who is both knowledgeable and helpful . Someone who takes the time to discuss my options and make recommendations.Also, they help to make it easy for me by offering to load my purchases in my car.I never rate stores but I feel that they truly deserve recognition for a job well done.

Just went to check the Sunday hours so I can head on over. This is one of my favorite places to visit for garden to pet supplies. ( Please note how I say visit as I feel like a quest each time I walk through the door.) My questions are answered with no high sales pitch, just courteous service.

(3/23/20) Very helpful, but this girl that was helping me REALLY needs to work on her concept of what 6 ft. looks like—she was giving me anxiety she kept getting so close; I kept taking a couple steps away to re-create some distance, & every time I did she kept taking a couple steps towards me!

Great store for the good stuff that a lot of the big box stores won't stock. They're especially good at stocking pet food and training treats. And the staff are always helpful.

I couldn't get to see all the plants. Aides we to narrow or cluttered with racks of plants. I use a Walker and trying to find help was almost impossible the staff was really busy. I did get some ideas for plants for my garden I'll come back when not so busy
