Where do I start. Pet Supplies Plus is a great please to shop. Prices are great and the staff are even better. I get weekly emails on discounts, coupons and rewards, plus they price match. I was a fan of Pet Smart but after experiencing Pet Supplies Plus I will never go back to Pet Smart. My dog Kobe loves this place. Great selection of food, toys, snacks and everything else. Hands down the best pet supply store around.

Knowledgeable Staff! not a big selection of fish.EDIT:A bigger supply of fish would be great! also i'm not a big fan of the bettas in bowls, honestly i'd be supporting you guys all the way if you we're the first big pet chain to get rid of betta bowls. either than that you guys rock! friendly staff to.

The rewards program, selection of products and in store or at vehicle pick-up for online orders is fantastic!! They are by far the friendliest staff at any store around the area period! Always friendly and ready to help with any of you pets needs!! I will not shop anywhere else!!!! This pet store is the best around hands down!!! I have two dogs, so I enjoy the curbside pickup and there is always a discount code and reward I can use on the food every order somehow, it's great!!! Give this store a look, and if you're not in the Manchester area, then try the West Hartford location, they seem to be just as good there too!!!

Friendly staff here, and good animal care standards for a chain pet store. They have a wide selection for cats/dogs and a less large but okay selection for exotic pets. I own snakes and usually find what I'm looking for.

Everytime I have gone in to shop I have been greeted and helped by the staff members. I usually have questions regarding food or treats, the staff is knowledgeable and give honest feedback. I love the fact it's right by my house and I don't need to travel far for any last minute supplies for my fur babies!

$42. I just bought a bag of dry cat food that cost me $42. Exact same bag of food on Chewy for $21. Half of the cost to buy it online. A couple bucks, maybe. But double? I will never again enter this store for any reason. I promise.

Bailey was so helpful and kind to our puppy!She helped us pick the perfect toys and even got on thr floor with our puppy to pet/play with her!We have never had such great customer service and kindness in any other petstore! Exceptional employee!!

I love this Pet Supplies location. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and kind. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will find someone sho does. If you use the online order system and they don't have what you ordered they CALL you and see if you want a similar product at no extra cost. I always shop Pet Supplies first before going to another store.

Always love this pet store for animal food, and very kind workers there. love how there is workers that pay attention to the animals, reptiles and fish! The employees always say hello and have a nice day when entering and leaving the store and thats very pleasant to encounter

I really wanted to like this place, the staff were friendly and inviting. But, I was too torn to buy anything. All the animals had dirty, stale water (some water bottles had mildew and mold and hadn’t been cleaned in a while) and were in filthy cages. The ferrets were active which was great, but they had feces everywhere and the cage was grimy. Store was kept okay for the most part. My main concern was the animals and their lack of fresh or clean water.

I often shop here and the employees are friendly. Lately I have been doing online orders which is very easy. I just placed an order this weekend for some cat food and they didn’t have the size I ordered but gave me the larger size for the same price, which is wonderful customer service.

I go here all the time. , but now .. the place is going down hill.. I asked for the key for the rest room for the last lady who went out had looked the door by accident. It's okay it happens so I went to the front . The girl behind the register was nice . I assume she was new for it was like maybe the 1st time I seen her. . But they young lady asked the manager who was upstairs in office asked if she could watch the front for her ..The ignorant manager said oh ask her if she mind using the men room then .. really .. ! Disrespectful place now. Disgrace. ! If a manager is not happy with your job get the he'll out of it .. no reason for your ignorance to show towards others to see. ! Very rude.

We lost our beloved dog last week.He was more than 16 years old and we had him more than 15 years.We had 2 unopened products that we purchased at Pet Supplies Plus.In fact most of our purchases during the last 15 plus years were made at this store.Both products were still good and had expiration dates well in to 2020.Apparently we purchased these products more than 30 days ago.Had the young manager used some common sense and had some compassion he could have scanned the products and returned our money and the products to stock.He would have certainly seen they were their products.I contacted Customer Service on 4 different occasions and Never heard anything.I realize that we are not the only customers, but they could have at least responded one time to tell us they were looking in to the situationThis is Extremely unprofessional.I can not nor will I Ever recommend this business.If I could have given my review Zero stars I would certainly do that.Unfortunately one star is apparently the lowest I can choose.
