I only have good things to say about the customer service! Not only was the website very easy to navigate but all of the questions I had were throughly answered when I called. Staff was extremely pleasant and my order shipped same day and arrived two days later. Now, I do live in PA so I attribute that to the quick shipping time but still way quicker than I expected. I can not wait to visit the store in person when I get the chance to travel to CT! Definitely check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

A great experience. Prices are reasonable. Yes you might find some stuff a little cheaper online but for the quality and variety of equipment they offer that you can walk away with that day, it can't be beat. I bought some paddock boots and gloves and I am very happy with my purchases and how helpful everyone was.

The people were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was there with a friend and not planning on buying anything, but walked out with a great pair of riding gloves at an excellent price. Well worth taking a look if you need anything horse related.

The paddock and their products are always outstanding. The customer service is not to be beat. they will take you exactly where you need to go and pull out suggestions that work within your budget and what you're looking for. Definitely my favorite tack shop!

Don't do business with this store. They steal from their vendors. I sold them my books nearly a year ago and have still not gotten a check. All I get is excuses. The magazine I work for had to take them to collection to get paid for their ads.Is this the kind of place you want to do business with? As far as their so called rebuttal, an employee in the store told me my books had all sold. And it wasn't Steed Read that I was talking about, it was Today's Equestrian. I still work there and yes we had to take them to collection.

Nice variety of tack equipment from clothing of all kinds to sprays, ointments, saddles, bits to even pony toys for little ones. There's something for everyone here and great customer service!

Every time I have come here they have gone above and beyond any standard of service I have ever come across. I have gotten a saddle from them along with many other misc items. Very welcoming bunch.
