Disappointment is an understatement. After working 10 hour shift, and choosing to get a pizza at village over Valentino was mistake . (Previous pizza experience at village was good until last night) . When I got home , I opened a pizza that looked like they took out of the display case that had been sitting there all day and cooked it again. It was so hard you couldn’t even fold it. Or chew it. It was too late in evening to bring back. Just ruined my evening.

Nice little market nestled a few miles down the road from Foxwoods. Stop in and picked up some essentials 2/26/24. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Market has just about everything you may need!

I love this place for a few reason but having reduced prices on scallops is one. Everything is very expensive but when there are deals it works out.I have save a lot of money on gas as well!

The staff is friendly, but there was nothing there I wanted. It looks like an upper class market, but it's just a basic grocery store, not a lot of organics or local produce and not cheap either. I really wanted to love this place.

Was already a fan of this place so when I saw that they were making cinnamon buns (warm, gooey, cinnamon buns 🤤) I was excited and they did not disappoint. It was THE BEST cinnamon bun I have ever had! Everything that I ever wanted in a cinnamon bun I have found. Thank you and keep up the great work!

My hometown specialty store, will always go there when I need something quick or when I am dying for Mike's amazing deli creations. I always have to bring up his red bliss potato salad to Brockton when I go for my family. They had it when they were down one time and fell in love. The store is very well loved and respected in town

I grew up here, I love it here, & now into my 40s it me & my family here. We live Vikkage Market & HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE…. Until recentlyMe, wife & son were shopping after a visit to Mikes deli & all the work fearful foods he has👍🏻 BUT checking out a very tall,large boy sniffling & wippung his nose while checking us out, THROWING our food 1 at a time as he checked them, & then arguing with my wife cause he couldn’t figure out bank card vs credit card for a few minutes, then the 16yr old manager came over to help- KIND OF…Just very u comfortable visit for us all…

I went there to pick up some vegetables. I wasn't impressed with the quality. The lettuce was totally wilted and I don't know why they would even leave it on the shelf. I did find a cucumber and tomato that were passable but I probably won't go back for vegetables. I wasn't shopping for meat or anything else so I can't comment on that.

I love this grocery store. Really nice meats, seafood, chicken. Excellent deli and made to order foods. Fresh produce and fruits. The baked goods are very good. It's always clean. Always friendly employees. I use the gas station there as well. Earn gas points with your shopping.

Really expensive after checking around the only place cheaper than village market is the super walmart in groton. The village market has a convenience store\gas station in it and they sell fresh baked peanut butter cookies that are the best I have ever tasted

Love this village market for many reasons. It's small, got gas points, and it feels like your home town market. Some of the sales are great but it can be a bit pricey. However the meats, fish, chicken are the best tasting around.

If Whole Foods and Wegmans had a baby, they'd name it Ledyard Village Market.Well stocked, wide selection, priced right... the one stop, get anything and everything you need local favorite.

Shop here every day, always great service and prices. I have compared prices of flour, sugar, eggs, bread etc with BigY, Shop Rite and Stop & Shop, this store usually beats their prices. Gas point system is amazing. I have filled my car for less than .25cents total several times.

Shop here a lot, it always clean and stocked, people are very nice but the made to order food was better not sure what happened. Prep work and care seem to be slacking lately. Pizza was extremely greasy and the grinders very soggy from the huge slices of tomatoes and not draining the lettuce...

Pricey but sale prices always worth going for and produce always fresh. Makes life so easy since they carry a little bit of just everything. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Store is always clean.

Extremely friendly staff. Just moved to the area and it's nice to know a store is close by when needed. There gas card program also sounds pretty amazing and was easy to join.Will definitely be going back to this store once fully settled.

Provides everything you need Has fresh produce, meats, deli counter, dairy etc on smaller scale than big box stores. Great sales. Some takeout foods prepared onsite. Friendly staff. Awesome gas point program.

I stop here frequently for the essentials. It's a great local market carrying a wife variety despite their size. The facility is always spotless, prices are normal, and the staff is friendly. Their made-to-order and prepared foods are amazing. I regularly stop in for a breakfast sandwich on my way to work or grab a pizza.

I usually stop by this place when traveling thru because its convenient and out of ALL the years I've been going there they NEVER have normal bananas! NEVER. It appears they store them away from the light or in the cold. After buying them they NEVER ripen correctly. EVER. A few employees there have attitudes. Note sure why as it appears to be a nice, clean place with a decent selection and variety with the whole small town thing going on. Plus their gas rewards program is unmatched anywhere else I've seen so that makes up for any other minor perfections imo.

The store manager is very unfriendly and pretty rude, if you're gonna work at a store maybe have better people skills,very unprofessional. Other than that stores great love the small town feel.
