My two GSDs looked amazing and they were in rough shape. One is anxious and the other was hard core throwing her summer coat. Many groomers have had issues with my anxious boy but Grimm's was wonderful in dealing with his issues and he looked great (he has a very long coat and likes to chew his hair into knots 😔). Such a great value and a great place. My old lady dog was so happy and all her shedding was fixed and she looked shiny and new

Everyone here is so nice, especially Jen! My German shepherd used to be terrified of the groomer, like throwing herself down outside of the door, but now walks right in & greets everyone. It was my puppy’s first time at a groomer, and afterwards he tried to run back in. Overall, my dogs love coming and leave looking & smelling fantastic!

My grandma goes there for her dogs and her dog always comes out happy! Best service and do an amazing job reasonable money. Would recommend going!

Grimms did an amazing job on my two Siberian Huskies! They both look completely amazing. I think they know they look good too! They are very happy dogs. I am a very happy husky owner. They did everything perfectly! I will 100% be going back!

So glad I found Grimm’s Furry Tails! I’ve been had a hard time finding a groomer that would accommodate my pup, who is disabled. He became family right before the pandemic hit, so finding a place was hard enough. Grimm’s Furry Tails took him on without hesitation! I was comforted by that. They did such a good job and my good boy finally got a much deserved spa day.

I took my German spits which she weighs 10 lb. I want to try the groomer. When I went to pick her up I was shocked at how much they charged $80 for 10 lb dog. That is ridiculous. I have never paid over 50. I go to Florida in the winter and they only charge me 48. And when I take my puppy on the only touch me $65 for both dogs. So why is one dog $80 everybody I've been talking to is shocked to hear that that I paid $80 for grooming for a small dog When I was in New Hampshire. I paid anywhere from 45 to 50 which is reasonable but $80 that it's way too much money. My son just moved here. He has two dogs and my daughter has five dogs. We were going to try them for grooming but I will not take them there. They are way overpriced

Our pup Ripley is a big scaredy cat and they are so good with her at Grimm's! Before we discovered this place, we had to give her a sedative so she could get her nails trimmed, but Grimm's works magic without any meds! Plus, she's always so happy to show off her bandana after she's been groomed.

Jennifer and her team were fantastic! I brought my 4 month old Golden doodle in today and they were great with her! Very patient, willing to take as long as it took and prioritized her comfort and wellbeing. Plus, she looks fantastic after!! Will definitely bring my pup back in the future! Fabulous experience! Kaylyn's customer service (and connection with my dog) is wonderful. She took the time to sit on the floor with my pup and make sure she was comfortable (and I was comfortable) before taking her for grooming. They did a fantastic job with a full-groom and my goldendoodle left looking beautiful & feeling great.

If you haven't tried Grimm's fairy tales please do the staff is great super friendly the location is conveniently located with private parking which is awesome and the facility is super clean my girl sky a tough one and they handle her so well thanks u guys

Very professional and well trained to deal with dogs with issues. One of my dogs is blind and nervous around people. Every time I bring him in the staff is so patient and gentle with him and upon picking him up he’s happy and more relaxed. They always do a great job.

Excellent groomers. We have 3 Yorkies and they groom them as we ask. The employees are knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone who wants their pets groomed.

I made an appointment to have my large (78 pound) pit mix groomed. While making the appointment and upon arrival, I informed them that my dog is nervous about water and grooming. I’ve used Petco for years and he’s never been aggressive, so I know it’s just nerves. The front desk clerk said nothing about that being a problem until he growled at her. She immediately got the owner who approached quickly, making my dog growl again. She took one look at my dog and said “Nope, can’t do it.” She then proceeded to try to greet him and lower to meet his gaze, all while maintaining eye contact - commonly considered a challenge by dog behaviorists. She then proceeded to tell me he was too nervous and “sorry you came out here, but I can’t have him growling at my girls.”While I understand not wanting aggressive dogs near employees, I also question the professionalism of how the situation was addressed. A business that relies entirely on grooming pets should be prepared for nervous animals. The facility is dark in the lobby and smells strange (as all grooming places do), which would make any dog nervous. Let alone one who is afraid of water. If it was a problem, I should have been informed when making the appointment or even while filling out the paperwork. Highly disappointed in my experience and will definitely stick to the chain locations whose staff are better trained for all types of pets.

Jen Grimm and the groomers at Grimm's Furry Tails have taken care of my crazy mutt, Mitty ever since I rescued him 7 years ago. I won't go anywhere else. The only goomer I will bring my dog to. She is a pit and hates getting her nails clipped, but Jennifer and staff love my Liv and she loves going there!
