If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Please if you love and care for your animals do not bring your pet here. I was told they would wait for me to drive an hour to say goodbye to my animal of 9 years, but when I was 20 minutes away they said they would no longer wait because they want to go home to their families. I still showed up and asked to speak to someone so I can report the negligence, inhumanity, inconsiderate behavior. The owner answered the door and told me to my face “we don’t care, we only care during business hours.” Disgusting I would never leave my pet with people who do not care about your animals. Find a new profession because clearly you’re in the wrong field. To me that’s like a children’s hospital saying, “okay it’s time to close so either we’re pulling the plug on your child now or you need to take your dying child and leave because I have family to get home to now and since it’s closing time I no longer care about you nor your child.” Money hungry greedy disgraceful inhumane company. I wish nothing but failure and misery upon you. By the way, the owner who told me they only care during business hours is Brianna Mutler.

It’s a big ask, to trust someone to provide the utmost care for some of the most important members of your family, and for ours, we have a variety of four leg-eds. Being a control freak with an animal science background; diligent and picky puts it mildly to describe my endeavor in selecting a practice.For the past four years, Lebanon Veterinary Hospital has managed a variety of events for us – routine vaccinations, preventive wellness, puppy visits, amputations, diagnostics and supportive care, emergencies and euthanasia.Dr. Molter is our primary vet. She is thorough and has the patient’s wellbeing at forefront while explaining options at all levels of our budget and means. We have experience with Dr. Z, who spearheaded an emergent case with grace in Dr. M’s absence. We’ve also felt extremely supported by their veterinary technicians and remaining staff.Our experience with the newly added Phovia unit, acupuncture treatment and anticipated use of shockwave further supports our recommendation. LVH has a warm, compassionate, individualized approach while providing expansive services surpassing what we’ve found to offer in small animal locally. Not enough stars to assign this practice.

My dog Loki got hit by a car... scary, but thank God not devastating; needless to say I was freaked, Loki was freaked and he even snapped at one of the Assistants when we pulled in but after I helped muzzle him and we got him in the back room to be examined, one of the Vet Tech wrapped her arms around him and gave him the hugs he needed. I was kept informed and even got a call from the vet about Lokis well-being after hours to tell me how he was ( I couldn't sleep otherwise). The bill did come to about $900, it was an emergency and they can be very booked but when we needed them, they had the room ready for anything when he rolled through the doors. Yes it can be pricey but they really care and it really feels like your critter is being taken care of. Thank you to the whole team. Thank you

Really friendly and caring which was so appreciated with my very nervous dog. They checked all the boxes to rule out other issues when diagnosing her problem and are generally quite responsive and helpful. Switched from a vet that was closer to me because of how good of an experience they provide.

Accommodated my two (formerly) stray cats the day I found them to do a checkup and immediately scheduled me for spay/neuter and follow-up appointments. Prompt and friendly email communication. After getting fixed my cats were good as new with easy recovery. For being such a popular place I’m very impressed by the way they made time for me as well as the quality of care. Will bring all my pets here in the future! Thank you so much LVH.

I needed to have my dog checked out, and they fit me in that day. I was a wreck, and Dr Z and his assistant ( sorry I didn't get her name) were very understanding and professional.

Our two Miniature Schnauzers are patients at the office. We cannot express our sincere gratitude enough. The doctors and ALL the staff are extremely professional and compassionate. We left another practice because our girls were basically treated as a revolving door, only focusing on money and profit! Lebanon Veterinary Hospital clearly has a much different approach towards their patients. Our girls are always treated with compassion. The doctors are thorough and take their time to explain everything! I never feel rushed, ever.

They offer care until it's time to go home, then they show you the door no matter how critically ill your pet is. They give verbal service to you that you can select the doctor you want, but when you arrive your choice is ignored.The female vet is incompetent and rude. If I were you keep driving past this place and find some other place

I travel an hr to go here and I would travel more if need be! The staff is so friendly and just have a true passion for working with all their animals. Our dog Duke loves visiting the techs and vets there and we love have a safe competent practice for him that we trust.

Decent care/customer service for the past 15 years or so--that is, until I brought my cat in to be euthanized recently. I was told that I would be phoned, as requested, when the procedure was done that afternoon in order to obtain closure. After waiting until 10 pm, I never received that call--going to bed that evening not knowing if/when my pet was put down, if there was a postponement, complications, etc. In addition, a follow up text and email weren't answered/acknowledged. Suffice it to say that LVH's horrific actions made a brutal, stressful situation MUCH worse. Looking back, the practice has grown/gotten much busier over the past decade--losing the familial atmosphere which has resulted in customers like myself feeling like "numbers." Obviously, communication is a major problem here. My ultimate hope is that pet owners out there NEVER have to experience a similar, unfortunate situation like this at ANY veterinarian/animal hospital in the future.

Caring and very courteous staff. Doesn't take forever to get nonemergency visits scheduled. The Vets are patient with questions. We had an emergency with one of our dogs requiring immediate attention and same day surgery. Dr. Zickmann was our hero!

I was very pleased with our visit! They apologized because they were behind due to an emergency, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They were very good with Jessie and very informative regarding preparing our anxious shephard for his first visit. Very glad I made the change!

Sorry, I would not go here again, no communication whatsoever.. they did not explain any of the charges, gave me no options to think about what I could afford or need . They were not overly friendly to my dog as well. We have had animals our whole life and have seen many vets and this experience here was not a good one.

Very nice people! This was my 10 year old cats first time to the vet and they were very gentle and nice to her! The dr called me and explained everything to me so I could understand and said if anything comes up to give them a call and they will figure it out! Overall great experience and will be transferring my dogs over to this vet when their vaccinations are due!

Very friendly, great prices, always smiling and happy to help my cat. They never give up, even though he is a bit of a lemon. All of the staff is friendly and they are always very receptive to what you have to say. Kingsley loves Dr. Molter and his Tech friends!!

I moved to Lebanon a few months ago and just adopted rescue dog from Texas. LVH had an easy online appointment scheduler and they were quickly responsive. I got an appointment exactly for when I wanted and the doctor came out to my car to review the visit and answer any questions I had. He and the tech were very friendly and handled my dog kindly. Glad I chose this practice!

I am editing this post once again. The situation has been resolved.I am editing my previous review and comment because I had to do a follow up visit for part two of a Lyme vaccine two weeks after my dog received the first dose. I did not find out until after she received the first dose. After her first visit, I was told the follow up charge would be $29.00. Today when we returned, I received a bill for $79.00! They tacked on another $44.00 fee for an additional exam!!! My dog was just examined by this practice two weeks ago, and she had absolutely no health issues. The fee seems excessive, but most of all, it came as a complete surprise.I am so happy to finally have found a good place to bring my dog for vaccines and general care. I have complete confidence in the vets here and the staff is always upbeat and friendly.

This is the only place I take my cats too. We travel over an hour to get here because there aren't any good quality veterinarians in our own area. It's worth the drive for us. The vet techs here love our animals and always treat them well. They are also very affordable.

My dogs love going to the vets! They are super friendly and caring. They obviously love animals, and even in this crazy time of the pandemic, they take the time to talk to us (the humans) and to give special attention to the animals. As I waited with my own 2 dogs, I noticed the technician talking to other owners and was just as kind and friendly to everyone.

I love this veterinarian.I've had 2 out of 3 of my cats spayed there and they were absolutely wonderful, 1 of my cats(Lilo) got spayed recently and sick with a fever the next day and they got her right in and took good care of her and made sure she was feeling better.. I definitely recommend this vet. They really care about their patients :)

Cannot say enough positive things about the Lebanon Veterinary Family. We have entrusted our furry family to them and have been so grateful for the love and care they have provided. They have been there for us in happy times and cried with us in the sad times. Wish there were more stars to light up because they deserve them all! I had a hamster with an overgrown tooth that needed trimming, not many places offered this service. Lebanon Veterinary Hospital was willing and capable to help with a trim. Cindy was wonderful on the phone and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Gabrielle came to our car with the paperwork and was super friendly and welcoming. The appointment only took a few minutes and she brought my Coco back with a wonderfully smaller tooth. The cost was affordable and the people were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks. Thanks again LVH!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Z since we moved to the area and we couldn’t be happier. Our two dogs and one cat have been seen here. The staff is warm and compassionate, the facility is clean and bright, the prices are reasonable. I also love that the Green is so close by- it’s easy to take my dogs for a quick walk to get any pre-visit anxieties worked out. Highly recommended- we love this place!
