My wife and I were very apprehensive at first with having a very large dog. (Great Dane). Steve came by and gave us an estimate and assured us that this fence would work. We agreed to go ahead with it. The install team was here on time and very professional. I have to say we are very happy. The fence works just as it should. We have 2 rescue animals: an exuberant 2 year old lab mix and a sweet little tabby. Steve set us up for invisible fencing for the dog exactly as we requested for a perimeter. The dog is happily running free in our yard and is totally respectful of the fencing. Steve was kind and patient. We asked if out new kitty could also be trained to invisible fencing. Steve ordered the the tiniest collar we have ever seen for her. Over a few weeks we were able to get her accustomed to the fence. We are very happy with Boundaries for Pets customer service and quality of work done. Steve takes the time to explain the process and is always available to answer questions. We chose to go with Boundaries for Pets based on a friends referral even though they were not the closet Invisible Fence company. We recently had an issue with my 1 year old puppy running through the fence to greet other dogs walking by. Steve was at my house adjusting the collar setting in less than 24 hours. The following day, my puppy decided to go through his fence again 3x. (Needs to get neutered ASAP) Steve came out to my house again in less than 24 hours to adjust the collar again.If you are looking for an invisible fence option for your dog, you will probably not find a company with better response time, customer service and knowledge. Steve and Robin and their team are all excellent. They came quickly and promptly multiple times even though they're an hour away. For example, the ground was unexpectedly frozen when they come up to install the underground wire. It thawed later that week (in January) and I called back to complain. They were out there within two days and buried the entire wire. There are moving parts to the Invisible Fence system and it has to be set up the way you want it. Steve took a ton of time with us to recommend best practices and tell us what we really needed. These folks saved our relationship with our puppy and did it in a very businesslike, fast way. A+++++.

We interacted with (4) different team members and found all of them to be informative, polite, friendly and eager to help. These are dog people helping dogs (and people). The installation was smooth, neat and just as we'd discussed during the initial meeting. With the new collars, training can be customized for each dog. With our dog, after two very minor corrections, she was 100% on board. Just this morning, 6 months later, she was chasing her soccer ball across the lawn and, when it went past the flags, she simply sat down and waited for one of us to get her ball.Great product, service and value.

This was one of the best decisions we've made as pet owners and homeowners. Having the invisible fence installed has completely changed our relationship with our dog. Now, we can take her out to play or walk in our large yard every day and not worry about her running away or getting hit by a car. The owner, the installer, the trainer and the staff are all experienced and responsive. There is nothing that they don't know. The ultimate test came when the neighbor's dog that was on a leash ran into our yard and my husband was able to walk the other dog back to its owner while our dog sat and watched from within our boundary. Deer, turkeys and rabbits have not tempted her to cross. My husband, who once doubted that this would work, is now a firm believer.

We have three dogs and one in particular is very fond of taking off to parts unknown ( one time he was found 12 miles away ) and he would sometimes invite one or both of the other dogs to join him. Seems like every day we were worrying about where they were, would they come back and worse still, were they killed by a car or truck or just picked up by someone, never to be seen again.Invisible Fence solved our problem and now it's routine to see the dogs racing from one part of the property to the other.
