I just LOVE Bull's Bridge and always have. The food is consistantly delicious and always prepared with obvious great attention to taste as well as presentation. Add to this a staff of pleasant, professional servers who strive to please their customers.The menu is amazingly diverse with appetizers, soups,daily specials and entrees that tempt the palate to the point that it is difficult to make choices because EVERYTHING looks so delicious! ( And, it always is.) The seafood is fresh and tasty. There is a wonderful wine and beer selection as well as their dessert drinks. Not to be overlooked are their delicious desserts. The Creme Brulee' is always so fantastic and they also make fantastic Bread Pudding.I feel the portion sizes are great and the prices very reasonable. I enjoy taking friends and family to Bull's Bridge, because I'm confident that they will enjoy their meal and the rustic, relaxing atmosphere.Bull's Bridge Inn is always certain to satisfy everyone.Kid-friendliness: Definitely accomodating to families with children.

I really have no pleasantries to add even about the food because I had a waitress who was very rude, condescending and continued to insult me / make jokes at my expense throughout the duration of our stay. It was classless and uncalled for. Older lady with short hair and black rimmed glasses.I will not return, and I will surely share my experience should the opportunity arise.If you’re looking for someplace to eat in Kent this is bright, kind, and new… head to their main street which is a lot of great options.

29 years ago, my first job ever was here at the Bull's Bridge Inn. Thank you for believing in me... for taking a chance with me!I've been living in Europe for more than a decade, but came to Connecticut to reminisce and see what's changed: the Bull's Bridge Inn has changed only positively! Still fantastic food!!!!! I ordered the always delicious Fried Calami for an appetizer and Baked Stuffed Shrimp for dinner!

Stopped here on way back from Kent Falls State Park as they are pet friendly for their outdoor seating. Very friendly staff who delivered excellent service. Food was good. My fish & chips we're actually big properly cooked pieces of fish. Steak was solid option. Kids enjoyed the pasta.

Food was very good. Had the crab stuffed mushrooms and onion soup. Next time hope to eat in the larger dining room. Waitress was terrific!

We had dinner here with our local family and enjoyed our dinner on the back patio. I have a soy sensitivity and the servers were wonderful in making sure none of my food had any in it. I got the baked scallops with vegetables and baked potato. The scallops were good and the veggies and potato were perfect. I enjoyed a glass of house Chardonnay with my meal, as well. My husband got the blue cheese burger with fries and for dessert enjoyed the bread pudding. Everything was tasty, the service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is super chill outside.

Excellent. Can't sing enough praises. Came up from NJ to Angevine farm for pumpkin picking, and happened upon the Bull's Bridge Inn. From the in-house fried mozzarella (like an adult mozzarella stick but 10x better) to the bread pudding (omg) everything was wonderful. The scallops were especially good. Mary S. our server was fantastic. Can't wait to come back in November!11.21.21 - Update; came back and glad we did! Thanks again to Mary - might have to make the trip up every six months from here on out!

Great place for a large party. We were a broil of 8 kids and 10 adults, good service for a big group they brought all the kids food first we had them sit at a separate table. The adults food came out pretty much on time they did forget to put in one order with that person was a little disappointed. Otherwise the food was excellent and we had a great experienceKid-friendliness: Hey, they did a large group and said us in one of the first dining groups in a separate room and the kids could be pretty loud and it was not a problem. We didn't make a mess and they were responsible oh, but I think you know what I mean we didn't feel bad that we're having it our kids there we felt like we could have fun at the next table and enjoy the experience and not worry about bothering somebody.

Went on prime rib special night, so my husband was thrilled. Wait staff was super friendly and the timing on all our dishes was perfect. I would recommend making a reservation, apparently it gets you in the "better" room, but we were perfectly happy in the "other" room.

Nice little restaurant with amazing workers and food. I have never had a bad meal at bull's bridge inn. Across the street you have the historic bride with amazing trails to work off that amazing meal.

Last 2 times disappointed.Same issue twice.First time- I ordered the Mediterranean platter- my wife didn’t order an app.When waitress walked by, my wife asked, “ can we have some bread?”The waitress pointed to my platter and said, “ there’s bread right there!”Pointing to the pita bread on my plate.And kept walking.The pita bread was on MY appetizer plate-The waitress should have just said-“ of course” and gotten sone bread for my wife.The second time- different waitress-Almost the same tbing-I ordered the platter. My wife ordered onion soup.My wife asked, “ can we have sone bread?”This time- the waitress said “ Sure- then added- “ oh, other than the pita bread?”Gee, is the bread request so new to you guys?I mean- when you had the salad bar- people could take all they wanted.Now, it seems like you are tortured to give us 2 measly small dinner rolls.That is a BIG turn- off to us.Also- your platter ( med platter ) is good- I noticed it is smaller than from years past- and of course- more expensive.I know things have changed since CovidBut you should rethink some of your price reducing efforts.And retrain some of your staff on courtesy..

Food was very good, we had the prime rib and the stuffed shrimp. All the servers were very friendly. Cozy atmosphere. We took the chocolate mousse cake to go, it was just ok... the cake was very dry. Overall we really enjoyed the restaurant and will definitely be back!

Whata great place! The food is always consistent and the wait staff very helpful. The baked stuffed shrimp is my favourite dish. There are many choices, to pick from. They also have a great salad bar, and a menu for the kids.

My first time there, it was underwhelming. Drinks were good. Had a steak that was cooked correctly but the meat was tough. Salad bar was good. Didn't have any dessert. Overall it was an average meal and the service was professionally cool.

I can't wait to go back again. The staff and the customers are friendly and the historic building and barn have to be seen. Great place for a quiet dinner for two or a party of 20. Nothing but good things to say. Great job Bull's Bridge Inn!
