I recently decided to purchase a Stihl backpack blower to take care of leaves and pine cones in two locations. I couldn't find the item locally and after searching found that Hebron Ace Hardware did offer it, however, there were none in stock. I talked to the store manager (Ryan) and explained what I was looking for and needed it before going to an out-of-state location at the end-of-the week. He said there were a few blowers on their way and should have them within a couple of days. The items kept being held up in shipping to the store, Ryan continued to reach out to the manufacturer with daily updates.The item finally came in the day before I was set to leave. I rushed out to the store before they closed, and Ryan had it all put together for me. He also gave me a lesson on how to use it since it was my first backpack blower.I was very satisfied with the personalized customer service and attention Ryan provided, and would highly recommend Hebron Ace Hardware.

The people at Ace Hardware are great. Bought a Weber grill almost two years ago and was surprised that some of the parts had rusted out. They pulled up my order (rewards) and said they’d get replacements under the warranty. Got a call a week later to come in and pick them up. I just did the install today and my grill is like new just in time for Memorial Day weekend. This is just one example of 10-20 good experiences over the last year where they help me take care of my home with advice and tools and whatever. Glad to have such a good hardware store in Hebron.

Just a quick visit to try to find mortar mix as I was working a couple of miles away from the store, and run out of the mix. Ahhh what a pleasant surprise when I asked for it and They had many bags, which save me a long trip to a big box store some 16 miles away. Thank you

I love this store. They are always helpful, there is a lot of selection and they have a big bird feeding area! It is amazing they seem to always have what I need. Local honey and maple syrup also!

Thus location has a good variety and excellent customer service. Hours are convenient as is the center of town location. Ample parking and two entrances and exits.

A great local hardware store. Murph and the Gang always do a great job of getting you what you need. They are very helpful and nice.The only reason I don't rate it five stars is that they are not big enough to have everything that Lowes and Home Depot have. They do a great job making up for that with service and a personal touch.If given a choice to buy here or somewhere else I go here first.

Like this store a lot, I prefer small town older hardware stores as they are usually jam packed with all kinds of good things. And usually have what you need. This one only needs a bigger parking lot.

Customer service is poor. I was not happy with the color in paint I had made there. This place is clearly a hardware store only, not a paint store. Go somewhere else that specializes in paint and the knowledge of paints. Do NOT go here!
