Experienced terrible customer service today at pharmacy. While I was waiting for my shot, I witnessed employee treat two customers very rudely without warrant. Whatever she was going through in her life at that moment was displaced towards those customers. I brought it to the Manager Mike’s attention and he immediately assumed it was the customer’s fault to be treated so badly. These workers are entrusted with people’s medication and what I witnessed today was extremely concerning. I won’t be returning to that location for any pharmaceutical services again.

I Have Been A Customer For Several Years. I am within walkitdistance, so it's convenient. Every Time I've Been, The Customer Service Is Very Poor, Things Are Not Stocked, Or Priced Properly. The Frigerator items, have been out of order for months. Even, the manager during the day is rude to customers and the employees there.. I hope a supervisor reads these, and can think of a solution otherwise, Close the store!!..

Two stars because usually I can find what I’m looking for. However as a place where you can find anything from candy to meds closing your doors before the time the business is set to close is rude and disrespectful. There are things in this store that can help and save lives and it is disturbing that whatever “employees” and I use that term loosely would make a decision like that. This location has just gone down hill severely.

This place says it opens at 7am and the store hours are posted but they never open on time. If you guys open at 9am then change the store hours online and change what you have posted. Smh wasting peoples time.

Do NOT go here for covid testing. These people will play ping pong with you and not even know there stores protocol. My car is in the shop. On the appointment page is states if you don't have a car, call them and they will revise further instructions on testing. I showed up was put on hold for over 10 minutes. And then the kid at the front looked like he still has skid marks on his boxers and blames Halloween candy .Michael barely knew how to greet meet at the drive thru window. Which makes sense bc the young kid was the one who instructed me to walk up to it. My bad for even entertaining that. But seriously the CDC and whatever funding their getting , they shouldn't bc obviously no one is trained adequately to handle something as simple as a scheduled covid test.

Great service every employee at my east Hartford Walgreens are very helpful and polite from the cashier to the pharmacist great deals on items I need and lots of variety of things great place to shop and get that one last minute gift or if you want some nice chocolate they have lots of varieties and the pharmacy are Great too

This location has always been my favorite Walgreens. I have always had my prescriptions sent here and I have always liked to shop here as well!

Slow and always messing up. Never enough staff at the pharmacy. If it wasn't so close to my house I'd never go back. If you can go anywhere else definitely do so.

Wish I could give this pharmacy and pharmacist ZERO stars.They are not worth the white coat they wear. They are NO help whatsoever. I would never ever recommend WALGREENS to ANYONE!!!

Service, maintenance, parking area, actually one of the most unpleasant to visit, they treat you badly, ask questions and no one knows anything, the pharmacy always closes early and also unprofessional
