This place is alright. I come here almost everyday and experience some problems. The biggest problem I've had is that the store is very short staffed and the lines take up 10-15 minutes when there is only 1 person in the checkout.Another problem I have is some things are messy and all over the place.The good things are they have everything you need when stopping around, the place is quiet with no customers being lousy, they restock everything frequently, And the some of the employees are pretty chill

This dollar gereral has the worst customer service experience I've ever felt in my life the cashier was blatantly rude disrespectful & even had the audacity to refuse my money when I offered her all of it to put on my card she refused to render her services as a cashier and even threatened to call police as if I was victimizing her

Convenient if you live in the East Hartford area. Come to the store very often. They have lots of variety of products that some Dollar Generals do not have or picked over. I give this Dollar General a three stars out of five because I feel that they have potential to do better.. How ever I do recommend this store.

Nice clean and spacious store. Was able to find everything. The price checker machine was not working and is in awkward spot as it's near a stack of sodas making it hard to get bar codes underneath to scan. Other than that again a really nice clean and open store would definitely go to again.

Seem employee always greet you when you enter. Makes you feel welcome. Prices are very reasonable. Dan the manager always takes time to help his customers to find wh t they need. I'd give five stars but we all know there's always room for improvement.

Easy access location and they had a good selection. Store wasn't a disaster as some I've gone into have been. This one had clothes like the family dollar, dollar tree like items and lots of other goodies.

They have a wide variety of items and friendly staff, the only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I believe the store could be stocked better than it is now, I was looking for a pack of razors and went in the personal care section and didn’t see any I had to ask one of the staff members where it was, there were some other minor things but otherwise it’s a nice place with a clean environment.

I was in your store this evening and there was an extremely rude, disrespectful customer with two young children. She was very rude and extremely disrespectful to your cashier Therese or Theresa. Theresa was working VERY HARD to service the customer, she was patient, not short and explaining things to her customer. I want her and the store to know she is a star! I unfortunately had to leave the store bc I couldnt stomach the customers ignorance towards her. I was a customer service supervisor for 9 years and know how hard it is to attempt to satisy an unruly, angry customer. Please give Theresa kudos .

Store is very unorganized items aren't where the aisle markers say, some 2 to 3 aisles away. One of the cashier's was extremely rude screaming at her coworker due to her error in front of myself and several other customers

Customers were allowed to half mask disrespectful of other customers who actually wore their masks properly. No social distancing enforcement. A delivery guy got right next to me talking to the attendant behind the counter while I was checking out. He also worn his mask under his chin. Not a comfort level.

I ordered a large Lenas special it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had crust was so thick the few toppings slid right off very little flavor of the whole pizza my son and I had one piece and through the rest away .I've had grinders there before and they were very good but will never order another pizza from there.

It’s pretty messy inside and stuff is all over the place it has evrything I needed when I went there and the cold medicine was cheap and it worked fine me and my wife got sick and spent 7$ on medicine and we felt a lot better after doing that cheaper then Walgreens or cvs for sure but the isle that is one dollar only is very small and does not have a lot of stuff at all ! Thanks

Evetything is a buck always in one certain isle but they hsve good quality merchandise shower curtains and also regular house curtains for kitchen, bathroom ,etc great food prices on name brand products but they also have tgere store brand

The worst customer service ever every time I go their the same manager is on and she gives me a issue using my coupons.. never fails quick in and out turns into me leaving with nothing or 2-3 hrs to get it done. NEVER WILL I GO BACK..

Dollar general is so easy to shop, everything in the store is easy to find.and you cant go wrong..they have equate products, and name brand products.i recommend going shopping to Dollar general.

Shelves were very empty boxes of merchandise in the isle the store is very cluttered and dirty but the customer service people were very nice they're doing the best that they can with the little help that they have.
