Positive: this location does have a restroom that the public can use, you just have to ask a staff member.I didn't have the greatest customer service experiences, though. I called at around 10:00am one day to request two prescriptions be refilled, with the hope they'd be ready at 5:15pm, when I had a short bus layover. However, when I got there in the evening, they hadn't started processing them yet. They did expedite the prescriptions and I was able to receive them.In another episode, I had an over-the-counter gel medication that was clumpy and didn't spread. I wanted to exchange it for the exact same item. They were only willing to refund the price I paid (I used a sale to get a discount) for the original one but charge me full price for the replacement one.Retail locations seem to vary widely in terms of level of customer service. Some other locations have been very helpful in resolving any issues.

It's a great location in downtown Hartford. Connecticut close by many other businesses.You can get snacks and drinks while waiting for your pharmaceutical needs if any. The service is pretty decent. There's usually A line so you have to wait sometimes to get a decent service also I noticed this location has been victimized by a lot of stealing. I feel sorry for the poor staff because it's a constant thing but it's still a pretty safe environment and I shop here very often. Because it is very convenient and easy to get to. It's right on the bus line, so if you have no transportation, you can get right to its front doors using the CT transit system.

This place is big but, I couldn’t find everything I was looking for. Had to ask for assistance. The guy that took care of me was very polite. He spoke Spanish which made it easier since I’m more comfortable with my own language and visiting from PR.

Staff was rude. I asked to get something behind a locked case and the guy just rolled his eyes and walked away when he was already next to me to begin with. Dude really rolled his eyes and said nah. Decided to help other people and kept making excuses when I asked him for a 3rd time to assist me with opening the case.Other lady at the front was unfriendly and kept saying stuff under her breath.15 minutes just to get 1 thing. Whoever was working on 6/1/2022 at 4pm, get it together.

I work and live in downtown so I shop here all the time and know most if not all of the staff (Who are awesome by the way ❤️)....I went there today about an hour ago and while shopping I noticed that this creep was following me around the store and while I was trying my best to avoid him one of the managers came down the aisle and asked if I knew who he was which I obviously didn’t and she immediately asked him to leave the store! So I just wanted to leave a quick review and say thank you to all of the staff that saw what was happening and quickly put a stop to it! I had no idea that anyone even noticed but they did and while I’ve seen them put up with ALOT working at this location this was a first for me... So thank you and know you are appreciated!

I went to print some pictures last Thursday and some photos didn't come out good even though it was high quality. Some pictures came out good, some are blurry, and some are terrible, so I didn't pay for the terrible ones.The lady at the checkout said I should pay for all of the pictures next time, and in my head I was like "as if I'm coming back again next time to print some more pictures".

In case this is not general knowledge, this store will not refund for dysfunctional headphones purchased less than 24 hours earlier, so go elsewhere. Clerk also refused to post a sign telling people that all electronics from this 1 store are sold without guarantee/quality assurance.

I like the cvs the location and hours are convenient, the employees are friendly and helpful, however, I had to minus a star because being the plant lover that i am, I am appalled at their lack of care for the living houseplants they sell. They have cactuses and aloe plants which do fine without water but their other plants look horrible. I get that plants aren’t exactly the same as humans or animals but it still is a living thing and need to be cared for. Stick to drug store merchandise.

The new location is pretty nice. The store is open and doesn't feel cramped like the last spot. Staff was friendly and the time I went around 10am it wasn't very crowded at all.

My experience was not with the pharmacy, but with the employees. They are ignorant and rude. They are beyond unprofessional and get loud if you complain or have a comment about the poor service they have provided. I've seen them argue with customers and shout across the room as if they are in a field calling hogs. We have visitors to the local hotels and convention center complain about the attitudes these employees have. It gives the city a bad name and provides a bad experience to people spending money in the state. CVS Corporate, there are many unemployed people that I know would be happy to have a job and would be great at your store, You don't have to settle for what you currently have on that staff. Please consider either retraining these individuals or hiring ones that have some sense of common decency and respect for both themselves and the customer.
