Had a terrible interaction with a pharm tech today.Instead of noticing the quanity was wrong on a script, they said it was denied by insurance, and tried to send us away. Good thing i know what the word 'remaining' means.We asked about that and they just highlighted the date of the next refill instead of actually listening to our question. We asked if they could pull it up again and they did begrudgingly. Then they silently walked away, got the meds, and handed them over without a word. At the least you can admit you made a mistake.I understand things are busy and understaffed. Apologizes go a long way. We explained at the start we had to drive an hour to get there because all the pharmacies around us are out of the script. Second star is only because the other pharm tech there was nice and wanted to try to look into it before the one we worked with walked up.

Heather the Store manager helped me today with a Covid Test that got canceled. The pharmacy was closed due to lack of staff but she scheduled me for the next available slot. She was great and got the job done. Thank you Heather! You are an asset to the store.

I can't take certain generics (but the brand name is very expensive), and the pharmacists here have always been incredible about it. Both friendly and helpful, sometimes spending significant time on the phone with my insurance. Recently my mail script order from a different company got lost in the mail, and they talked through all my options with me and went out of their way to source a specific generic.
