Nothing but an excellent experience here. We had a rescue who was a very Shaggy and matted dog but when we picked him up from here he looked brand new. I wish I could give 10 stars. So grateful for this woman.

Our nearly 17 year old pup gets the best treatment here! Love the owner’s calm persona, and love that there aren’t “5 other dogs” there at the same time. It’s like a one on one custom grooming.Our pup is in and out in less than an hour, too!So happy with this place!

Kim the owner is the best dog groomer. She makes our pups look so beautiful. We have been to quite a few places before we found her and she is by far the best. She treats us and our dogs like family.We trust her to take good care of our pups and we drive 30 minutes to her because we love what she does :)

If I could give a zero I would. I was shocked at how rude Kim was. She had to reschedule my appointment (which was already two and half weeks out) and then blamed me for not getting back to her sooner when she wanted to reschedule another week out from there. Horrible customer service. Also, she had no idea not to shave a Pomsky down too short because it will ruin their coat and their ability to self-regulate their body temperature. She told me that she shaved every breed her whole life and had never heard not to. Lady, just because you'vebeen doing something your whole life doesn't mean it is the proper way to do it.

This groomers prioritizes speed over comfort. She were using the incorrect brush on my Samoyed, causing his undercoat to be pushed down and matted. She called me in as she wanted to shave him. I went in and he was SHAKING. She also showed me how she was dealing with some lightly matted fur on his back, which consisted of her shoving scissors under the mat and violently pulling upwards. My dog is now traumatized with a choppy coat. Luckily, his breeder trained me on how to properly groom Samoyeds. I’ve already removed all the mats she created and am now working on restoring his confidence so I can take him to a responsible professional groomer.

Glad that I found this groomer. She gladly fit me in and did a great job on my Shih Tzu. Kim has years of experience and was great to deal with. Will definitely be going back!
