I've never gone into Ace and been disappointed with the experience. The staff are sweet, the products are high quality and it's a very small town vibe. The staff are easy going, and friendly, their prices are fair, and they run great sales. Highly recommend.

It's the place I've been going to for the last 15 years. The stock nearly always accommodates. Tool rental service is great.Some of the staff don't know where things are or understand what customers need. 4 employees stand out to ask for. Eric, Sue, Walt and Bob. They are on the ball all the time.

Our daughter and son-in-law moved into the area and we needed paint. We recieved friendly service and in fact, the gentleman in the paint department recalled details about a purchase days before. The service was A+We were able to return a product with no issue and we all plan to frequent this store many times over the coming years.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at an Ace hardware. After calling different locations around the state, we finally found the product we needed at this location. We were told that the items would be held for us and to come on down. After driving 40 minutes (these chairs are sold out state wide) we were told by staff upon arrival that they gave them away to someone else. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. After calling and speaking to the manager, he could think of nothing to do to make up for the mistake of giving away our chairs and making us drive 40 minutes for a total of an 80 minute trip for nothing. Under no circumstance would I EVER recommend this store. There are some really good Ace Hardware stores. This absolutely is not one of them.

The store is convenient for me and has helpful employees. We often go there for the paint department and have been very satisfied. We definitely make it a point to speak to Eric who is always helpful and knowledgeable.

I like to support our local Ace because otherwise we'd have to drive all the way to one of those big-box stores (you know which 2 I mean!) Ace has a great selection of products. Sometimes their prices are higher than the big big-box stores but not by much. If you join their Ace Rewards program, you get sent coupons every few weeks - usually for $5 or $10 off of your next purchase. This makes the prices on par with the big-box stores. One thing I love about Ace is that the stores are small so you can get everything that you need with out having to search around a store the size of a couple of football fields. Finally, the staff are helpful and friendly. KEEP SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES OTHERWISE WE'LL ALL HAVE TO BUY FROMTHE BIG BOX STORES OR, EVEN WORSE, THE COMPANY THAT SHALL NOT BE NAMED (STARTS WITH AN "A" AND END WITH AN "N."

New to the area , staff very unfriendly not helpful at all. Cashier which was a gentleman acted as though he was doing me a favor instead of me being the customer. We love our ACE back home in Indiana . Will not visit this particular location again

Friendly people. Quick unloading process.Drivers need to enter through Walgreens drive way to get to the back of the building because it's one way and it's also a drive through for Dunkin restaurant. It's a bit tight and you can't turn around.

Good place for your hardware needs I've even seen stuff for campers being sold their for camping. Definitely would recommend it to others if they're trying to stay local.
