I’ve never had a problem with the CVS in EAST HAMPTON. The only issue I have with CVS in EAST HAMPTON is their lunch hour. They shut down from 1:30 to 2 PM every day for lunch. There’s no reason that the pharmacy should completely shut down of the people working in the back half should go at one point and half should go at another point even with one pharmacist working staff can still Check out people with their prescriptions if they’re ready it’s an absolute inconvenience and this is the seventh time I’ve driven to the pharmacy only to have to sit and wait for 20 minutes because they’re closed

The nurse that works at the minute clinic at this CVS is absolutely amazing! Her name is Melanie Paradis, on this visit and on past visits she has uncovered some serious health issues with both myself and my children by sensing something was off and encouraging us to seek further care. I now always go here to get checked out and see if we need further care. This is a godsend to my family especially these days when it’s so difficult to get a sick visit with our PCP. Thank you Melanie, you deserve recognition and a raise.

9/22/23 @ 6:40. The entire pharmacy staff was ignoring the phone. I called at 6:23. The system put me on hold. Because I had a medical emergency I jumped in my car while on hold. When I arrived the pharmacy had no customers physically with the exceptionof drive thru, I could hear the phone announce repeatedly that the pharmacy had a call and the ENTIRE staff was socializing about music they listen to. There were 5 staff members at the time.I helped myself to what I needed and paid the cashier. I showed her my phone was currently on hold with the pharmacy while their hold music played.She apologized and explained they are short-staffed. She did offer to get them for me but at that point what for. For that particular moment, that was a LAME and scripted response.I went back home while still on hold. The pharmacy picked up shortly after. It took 24 minutes for them to answer with no customers and while they socialized.I honestly believe they just didn't care.

Very clean store, and nice size. Everything is easy to find. The cashier Hollie is amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She told me about the Care Pass on one of my visits. She is patient and kind. Great asset to the company.

Rude staff. I was scolded by one of the employees for merely standing near the front counter and looking at products. She told me I "Standing at the front of the store while not being in line to pay makes other customers nervous." What??? I don't know what kind of craziness they are on, but I will not be coming here again. Shame too, because I just moved a mile away and it's the closest store.

Scheduled an appointment for the minute clinic for a physical. They were adamant that I be here 15 minutes early. I wouldn't mind being early at all if they actually took me in at my appointment time or even within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Not satisfied to say the least.

This CVS has the most appalling service i have ever seen. They turn any little thing into a major problem. I have used Good RX with a particular prescription every time but they still put it on insurance and when I ask them to change it she said come back in 20 minutes. Seriously. I have better things to do than wait 20 minutes for something that my CVS in Florida does in 1 minute. This is just the last straw, I am done with this CVS. I will get my prescriptions somewhere else, we have plenty of choices.

I wish I could leave zero stars. After 2.25 hours this pharmacy had STILL not filled an emergency prescription for asthma. Then with two minutes until closing replied, "Sorry, we're closing. Come back tomorrow" with my husband STANDING there waiting. THIS pharmacy has just lost, not only my business, but the business of our entire family. Moving to Big Y.

CVS has the absolute worst phone service I have ever encountered. You cannot speak to a real person even when you ask for one. This has happened to me multiple times. If you have a question you have to drive to the CVS to have that question answered. It is absolutely ludicrous that you cannot speak to a human and ask them a simple question.

Applied my coupon to account via phone, everything went smooth from not living in area. My son Camren decided to turn store into a race track when I went to pay for items mind you being he is only 4yrs old on 08/30/18 an staff was exceptional the cashier lady was extremely patient an very kind. I live out of state and had to fill a script but it was more expensive than where I live. ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. Alan was awesome and the pharmacist was fast and attentive. The best CVS pharmacy experience I've ever had. Thank you Alan

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR RX here. It's a painful painful experience every time I go here. People are rude, don't help with things that they clearly should like trying other discount coupon codes like ALL OTHER CVS locations do. On every single occasion I am told I have to pull back around, step out of line, etc. Worst worst worst customer service I have Ever experienced

I have never had to call my doctor to have him have to tell the pharmacist to fill a prescription that he, the doctor, ordered.Pharmacists are just that, pharmacists. NOT DOCTORS. My doctor of many years, was furious.
