The groomer NEVER arrives on time for 8:00 appointments. This week groomer arrived @ 9:00 for a 8:00 appointment. Since Dillon left our dog is NEVER groomed correctly. This was the first time they got it right. Customer Service is the worst!!!!

The girl that cut my Max’s nails was fantastic!! I kept my eye on her through the glass while I wondered around a little,as this was my first time using The grooming services at Petco and I caught her petting and comforting him multiple times which made me so happy! I’ll definitely continue to get his nails done there

I didnt bring my dog's current immunization and I think it was Michelle called my vet instead of turning me away. I was so appreciative because I had a few errands to run that day. And Sammi did a great job on Francesca's bath. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
