Great place ! it changed drastically from better to great. I’ve been using this place for my standard poodle grooming needs for the past three years. After tried other places with not luck, came back to them again, I can’t be happier, They really know how to groom a standard poodle. Thank you!

Would highly recommend Hot Diggity Dog. I was able to schedule a bath & nails the day before service. The team at Hot Diggity Dog really took their time with my shy pup, who is not a fan of grooming. She was happy to go home at pick up but not stressed by the experience, which hasn't always been the case. After her bath, she was soft, shiny, and her nails haven't looked this good in a long time! Will definitely be back!

Took my baby Bella there for the first time. I dropped her off at about 8:45 and she was ready by 11:45 am. My Bella looked and smelled amazing! They did an amazing job with my baby. I look forward to going back there in a couple of months.

Such an awesome groomers! My dogs always look so good when they come from here. The prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I have never once been unhappy with the look of my dogs and the staff are super friendly!

I brought my little Bichpoo to get bathed and groomed on Friday. Wish I had got the owner’s name. I was so happy when I saw him. I had told her to cut him low but to leave a Bichon face. She did EXACTLY what I asked. He’s got a nice comfortable summer cut, but he still looks like his breed. I’m so happy!

super nice people...you could tell they were busy but still allowed me to to a walk in for a nail trim on my 2 Chihuahuas. What would have taken me 3 hours, 4 slices of cheese, and a GIANT HEADACHE...took them just 10 minutes and they did a great job! SO GRATEFUL! THANKS! :)

Use the love this place until recently!! When something goes wrong they don't care for your pet!! I have waited over a week for the owner to call me!! Still waiting.. so sad they will take your money but can't return a callUpdate:4/29/17- Its always three sides to a story!! Come to find out an employee decided to take things into their own hands. The owner was never aware of my request. Long story short the owner is awesome!! Meet with her today and was very pleased with the outcome and customer service.

Ok. I just called hot diggity dog grooming parlor about last weeks appointment on june 18th. I had previously asked the groomer to clean my pomeranian's ears, teeth and nails, along with a fur trim. They didn't do it. His ears,teeth, and nails were never touched. The groomer responded that there was a miscommunication and that $65 was not enough for all that I asked for. And she didn't like the fact that I was angry with her. Miscommunication my butt. First off, I am a paying customer and second I called seeking answers, not attitude. I don't need attitude like that from anyone, especially from someone who should have done this job correctly. I never give reviews, especially bad ones! In fact this is the first review of an establishment I have ever given! I am not pleased at all with this service! Please think twice about this place.

They are my favorite people! We have been bringing our dogs there for years and the care for them is amazing. I think they have fallen in love with each of my dogs as it shows when I see how excited the dog is when he gets there!

I was referred by a friend after going to petco and petsmart for yeas. I have yorki terrier. After going to Hot Diggity Dog I'll just say i have never been so happy. He came out so awesome. I extremely pleased.

Horrible place to go would not recommend no one to go here I took my dog there 8 in the morning and they were not done with my dog until 6 at night I brought my dog there with no fleas no ticks no nothing she was completely full of fleas and ticks when I picked her up from this groomer I would not recommend this place for nobody to ever go here horrible service when I told them about the fleas and ticks that my dog got from their place they did not want to do nothing for it they did not want to refund my money so I've advised for nobody to ever go to this place it will be your worst nightmare you would have nothing but problems so take my advice don't go there also they do a horrible job cutting your dog

Horrible service would not recommend no one to ever take their animal year I took my dog there when I picked up my dog my dog had cut marks all over his body and had fleas on his body I was high when I would highly not recommend nobody to go there I took my dog at 8 o'clock in the morning They did not give my dog Back in till 4:30 p.m.
