We had River’s Edge refinish flooring in our previous house so it was an obvious choice for us to call them up when we decided to buy a late 1700s fixer upper. Upstairs, Louie’s team was able to refinish the original hardwoods that had been painted and was peeling. Downstairs in the main areas, the wood was not salvageable so they replaced with brand new hardwoods and stained to match upstairs. In the entryway, they put down new tile. It all looks amazing and we love showing it off!!

We recently completed a first floor remodel. I can't speak highly enough of River's Edge and their staff. Nikki, Gianna, and Louie were all so helpful in recommendations, ideas, and ultimately the final selection. Louie made several visits to our home to make sure the hardwood we chose was the right selection for us and patiently answered all of our questions, multiple times. In addition to about 1200 sq ft. of hickory that was expertly installed, they also installed our backsplash. We could not be happier with the experience we had with River's Edge and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling or flooring.

We have used River's Edge for flooring at both houses we've lived at and have had wonderful experiences every time. We've used them for refinishing/saving floors that other contractors refused to even give a quote for, installed hardwood/tile/vinyl floors, and for a tile shower surround.Definitely not the cheapest, but if you want someone who knows what they're doing and does it well, pick River's Edge.

I was given sound advice when selecting the appropriate material for my needs (dog, slab, damp location ) and the installation was very professional. The result is fabulous! River’s Edge recently replaced the flooring throughout our kitchen, half bath, and entryway. The task was tricky because a previous owner’s DIY radiant floor heat install required a thorough diagnosis and ultimately, removal. Together with a plumber and electrician (all in the family), they were able to completely fix the dipping in my subfloor, add a toe kick heater, and install a beautiful glue-on vinyl tile along with new baseboard and door trim. A week’s work left us with a high quality finished product and peace of mind in the years to come. Their only fault is that despite being thorough and friendly communicators, they are not the most timely. We chalked that up as being so busy and highly sought after, so just be sure to touch base with them frequently. Otherwise, we are very happy with the work and recommend them to anyone looking for flooring solutions!

All the flooring work was fulfilled as originally set forth by Louie. It was done in a very professional and timely manner.The craftsmanship is top notch and many of my customers have expressed a lot of positivity about how it looks! One minor issue was that a heavy piece of furniture which needed to be moved to get the flooring done was not replaced properly. A follow up to help move it was offered but not followed through, so I ended up moving it back with my girlfriend's help. If not for that minor glitch, I would give them 5 stars.P.S. we will use them again for other flooring needs in the house.

I can not say enough of the beauty of the hardwood flooring and quality of work performed by River's Edge. It was a pleasure visiting the center and choosing samples to bring home for decor matching. A wide variety of flooring samples are available to choose from. They were 100% professional and listened to the customer's desire. The quality of work was amazing and they lived up to expectations. The entire project was turnkey including carpet removal and disposal. Do it again with River's Edge, 100% can't go wrong. A very satisfied customer.

When my husband and I first went into the store everyone was very friendly. After scheduling our appointment for a quote, things changed. I had to call the store because it was 2 hours past the time they were suppose to show up for the quote, they told me that they forgot about it because our appointment form was under a pile of papers. I understood and they sent out someone to do the quote. Once he arrived he made the excuse that he was sorry that he was late because he was so busy even though I was already told that he wasn’t even aware of my appointment. I still understood, I waited about 3 weeks before I called asking when I was going to get my quote. I was told that it was her son who came by my house and she would get back to me soon. It’s been weeks and I have not received a call. Unorganized, poor communication, and unprofessional. We really wanted to use a local business but I guess that won’t be happening. Called another business and got a quote within days of them coming out.

Couldn't recommend this company more, had an amazing experience with all the employees who works there, especially the owners Gianna and Lou Milardo and son lou Jr. We had a flood in our basement, Gianna and her crew came right out to our house, ripped up all the old floors, dried it all up, did all the necessary steps and had new flooring down within days. The 2 guys that came to put the flooring down were very friendly and did a great job. I love my new floor, and love how easy it was to work with them. Every time I talked to the owner of the store the price kept changing to the point where he swore at me and yelled on my property in my home when I asked him about completing the job I would not recommend this business to anyone.

When you need to redesign a kitchen you need a partner not just a contractor.We found that in River's Edge.The team worked with us from the design phase to the last install. When we first met with the kitchen designer they worked with us and had a variety of options for multiple budgets.We never felt any sales pressure with the designer. They got to know us as a family and incorporated our identity into their drawings.The install team brought a level of precision and professionalism to the job. When we needed to make last minute changes due to misconfiguration Rivers Edge did not charge for the replacement cabinets and got them delivered instantly.When we could not find anyone to install our hood River's Edge came and saved the day. We could not find an appliance installer but Louie sent out his team and finished the job. At a price 1,000 less than next cheapest quote.I can not say enough good things about the folks at River's Edge. Go check out the showroom and find your inspiration
