Our dog loves the doggy daycare. He is quite shy around people, but loves other dogs. When I brought him the first day, he tried to hide in my lap. Now he greets the New Inn Kennels staff with a smile and a kiss. He loves his furry and human friends at New Inn Kennels. Plus, our high energy puppy is completely exhausted after his day of playing. Thank you!

My sweet dog came home with diarrhea and vomiting. Also, keep in mind charges for services are by the day not by the night. Example: New Inn is opened until noon on Saturday. They aren't open until 4:00 on Sunday, only for pick-up. So you gave excess charges. I'd rather stay home than use them again!

My Puppy spent time over a Holiday here, I know have him enrolled in daycare. He is very nervous about grooming but is doing well getting use to it.Everybody has been wonderful with my Puppy and me. Very kind People.

I have been bringing my girl here since September 2021, and she absolutely loves it. She usually goes to daycare once or twice a week and occasionally does overnights if I'm out of town. I'm not easily trusting especially when it comes to my dogs. However I know when I drop her off she's in good hands, and that the employee's here are attentive and always have the best interest of all animals in their care. I will be moving in a few weeks and although I'll be almost an hour away, I will be making the trip so my girl can continue to come here.

Our family has boarded our pet with New Inn Kennel for years. Previous owners, Ken and Judy were FANTASTIC. They managed the kennel professionally and understood the close emotional connection families have with their beloved pets. Our recent experience with new owner(s) (while picking up our pet after our vacation) with the women owner was nothing less than shocking. We were completely taken back by the owner’s non-professional and insulting behavior towards us for simply inquiring on rates, some previous conversations with her on the aforementioned and arrangements associated with boarding…all taking place in the lobby of the facility with other pet owners present to see and hear. To be perfectly honest, based on her behavior, once we picked up our pet and on the drive home we were feeling bewildered and had a pit in our guts having left our pet at this boarding facility based on this experience. We consider ourselves kind, considerate and easy going people and never look to engage in confrontation which made this all the more a regrettable experience. We would never give a poor experience rating for a small business as we know and appreciate how hard small business owner’s work but felt it important in sharing this experience with others. We all know how we feel about our pets so made this an even more shocking and uncomfortable encounter for us. We will never board here again.

Simply the best kennel. They know our dogs and treat them like their own. The dogs are happy going to the kennel and are happy and clean and healthy when we pick them up. They take great care of each of our 3 dogs including our very old arthritic large dog- he gets a special bed. This is a wonderful establishment w terrific staff.

Always the best, I recommend them to everyone for grooming. My sweet baby is scared of everyone, but always leaves there relaxed and pretty happy. My Chihuahua also has his nails clipped here and they are gentle with him even though he thinks he is a big scary dog.*Picture before groom for attention*

Wonderful kennel with professional staffing and very accommodating, even with new clients. We have an older dog that has some extra needs and the staff has been wonderful communicating and making arrangements.

The staff at New Inn could not be better. I have 3 little rescue dogs with different temperaments and require a lot of patience, New Inn shines through! They are so very kind and attentive, no request it too unusual. They worked with me to get my deaf and blind dog to eat while she was being boarded. They are so loving and gentle with my dogs. They get my highest recommendation.

These folks did a great job with my very matted labradoodle. Even though I live 30 minutes away, I will be back because my dog absolutely loved the ladies at New Inn Kennels. He didn’t want to leave! That was far from the case with other groomers.... Highly recommend!

New Inn Kennels is amazing! They are so sweet and caring. It really shows when ever I interact with anyone there. They have always taken great care of my little dog. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am not one to write reviews usually but I have to say I can't really hold this one back. My parents, mother in law and myself have been taking our dogs to this kennel for quite some time now. This time around it was new owners so I was a bit skeptical but willing to give them a chance. First, I dropped my two goldens off on a Thursday evening right at 5:30 (their closing time and I know it was directly at closing because I had to rush to get their on time due to traffic) and I was charged for the entire day. Second, my youngest golden went into the kennel chewing perfectly fine and now won't chew on the left side of her mouth and hangs her head down to chew on her right side (she's been home for all of 2 hours) and we noticed immediately that she kept wincing as soon as they were picked up. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore and my family and I will be going elsewhere.

I cant say enough good about New Inn Kennels! I never thought I'd see the day that our two Weimaraners actually wag their tails when they realize where they're going. The staff are professional, accommodating and most of all loving with our two pups. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Our dog "Rustler" can't wait to get in the door! The owners and staff run a very clean and well managed kennel. I leave for vacation knowing he will get excellent care there. Highly recommended.
