Everyone at the clinic has been exceptional. From Dawn the front desk, to Katherine the technician, all the way through to Dr. Reagan. Our dog has been having some respiratory issues that have required many phone calls and multiple visits. Call backs are always prompt and appointment scheduling is so easy. The care and compassion received from everyone in the office helped ease my worries through the entire process. I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking for care for their pets. Thank you East Haddam Veterinary clinic for the incredible care!

Doctor Reagan and his staff at the East Haddam branch have been excellent and provide great service. Whether it be annual care, precautionary check, or emergency, him and the staff are always ready to assist. Considering how we care for our pets, it's reassuring to know that the treatment that is recommended is not an attempt to run up the bill, but to provide the best care possible, with the dogs quality of life in mind. Dawn is very accommodating when I need treatment for my pets. She does her job so well!Dr Reagan is a wonderful dr. We had a very sad day today with having to put our 19 year old cat to sleep. Dr Reagan was so comforting and made the whole occasion very peaceful. He is an amazing Dr.My pets needs are always addressed in a timely manner.

Not my normal vet office - I use Marlborough, but I was offered to go to this office since they had an opening. Very quick & easy. Got my pups ears checked out & some answers to questions we had. Very thankful to be seen the same day. Everyone was very nice & helpful. Love this vet company!

I love the staff at E Haddam vet! Dr Reagan is super patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to you and interact with your pet. He provides you with lots of options too!The FD staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they get super busy and there'll be a long hold time on the phone. Respect for my time and the care my dog received are most important to me and they do a great job upholding this!

I've had 11 cats over the years and many vets. Dr. Wood is undoubtedly the best vet I've ever come across. He is more than thorough explaining any thing that may be going on with your pet and any treatment solutions. He is kind, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I brought my cat Boo there just yesterday. He spent more time with me than I had ever expected. Explains then asks if I have any questions. Tells me more and then again asks if I have any questions. Never feel rushed and always feel like I know what all my options are. He is a true gem!

fantastic vet! my dog Katie needed to be put down recently and she was suffering not any other place could get me in till monday, called them that friday and they got me in. They are very caring and professional and I just wanted to let everyone know that i appreciated yall/it, and how everything was handled. I will miss my dog but im glad to have had compassion and quality with her needs.

Gr8 Staff. Finally able 2 go in with Chihuahua 2 get long nails trimmed. I held him while 2 technicians did nails quickly. Don't like him stressed nor outta my site @ Vet's. Pieper Olson owns this place. Dr.Olson has been his only Dr. for 8 yrs & retired last fall. Been going 2 Middletown location for decades with all pets, had a cat live til 20. Another w/diabetes til 19. This is 2nd Chihuahua they have given Gr8 care to. Welcome from a Cat named Ramen was nice 2.

Excellent staff, they were able to get me in at the very last minute for my sick dog. The vet is thorough and explained everything and with my being currently laid off and budget minded, she worked with me to get him the best care but without breaking the bank. This is going to be my new vet!!!
