Dutch Oil and Propane is a great company to do business with. Office staff; Service technicians; and Sales are very professional, respectful, and helpful. We just converted from Oil to Propane with Heat Pump. They held our hand through the process answered all questions. Installation went smooth and the team work well together to get it done quickly and get our heat back. Neat and professional work as always. Glad we chose Dutch Oil and Propane for our new installation. Always take time to troubleshoot any issues we had with our systems and fixed it quickly. They show up when they say they will. We have been a customer for many years and very happy customer. Highly recommend Dutch Oil and Propane.

We have been with Dutch for 8-1/2 years. Great service and competitive prices. Jordan (family employee?) has been very helpful when ever we needed help with billing. All of their service technicians have been great but Zak Hansen has been extraordinary! When ever he tunes and cleans our furnace it is noticeably more efficient.

I had my home converted from oil to propane. It was a top knotch professional operation from start to finish. From Bruce( president) going over what needed to be done to Brian- a genius at installation, I was in experienced hands. The system I had was a jumbled mess, and now it is perfect. My family has been with Dutch Oil for over 30 years, and now I have the pleasure to be their customer. I feel perfectly happy, content and confident being part of the family—I mean, being a customer! I say that because any time I’ve ever had to call, whether it’s for a service, question or any concern, they are Always kind and friendly and helpful. You will feel like you are talking to a friend. They are professional and attentive- you will be alerted as to when a tech is on the way, as well as notified when they are finished (sometimes, in my case, I was not present during the scheduled service, so I was notified via text). Overall, feel confident with this competent company.

We lost AC due to a lightening strike this past year. The response of Dutch Oil to our problem was rapid and successful. Later, when a blower motor for our old furnace failed and a new one was not readily available, they put a temporary motor in at no charge until the OEM part was available, so we only lost heating and cooling very briefly in both events. I give them 5 stars. They respond quickly, and they get the job done. We have had them for years.

I've been using Dutch Oil for many years. Always been exceptional. Last week my furnace stopped working. I called the company at lunchtime, they said an engineer would be out by the end of the day. He arrived at 4pm and apologized for "being so long"! He swapped out some parts, that were covered by my service plan, and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before leavingVery happy to recommend Dutch Oil.

Dutch Oil is amazing to work with. They installed our AC systems and on demand hot water system. Oil delivery on recurring basis is always good. Recently had a power surge that burnt out our hot water system, they were here the day i reported it and installed a new system thr next day. Professional crew did a one day replacement of an oil tank, a central air conditioner, installed a second central air conditioner and serviced a forced air furnace. Dutch is the absolute best - they always provide wonderful service, and everyone I interact with is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.I recently did my annual burner cleaning. The technician, Zach, came with another young man (his name slips my mind at the moment) who was in training. They did a quick and efficient job, which is always my experience with anyone from Dutch who comes out for service.Suddenly the following afternoon, I didn't have hot water. I called the after hours/emergency service line, gave my information and it was promptly sent out into their system to be picked up by a technician.About 10 minutes later, I received a phone call - it was Zach. He promptly came back out to my house and within about 10 minutes, he had the issue resolved. It was a minor oversight made by the young man who was training, and he apologized profusely. As a supervisor and trainer myself, I know that these situations are all part of the training process and provide a learning experience for the trainee. The minor inconvenience of a total of about a 2 hour delay to wash my dishes didn't phase me - I'd much rather someone learn from an oversight during training!Thank you Dutch for always giving 110% to your customers!! It is a pleasure to work with a family owned business that is well-known in the community.

Dutch Oil and Propane are such a Top Notch business. From the Office to the Service to the Sales, we have dealt with each department and have fully satisfied each time. Always honest and reliable. I had my oil furnace serviced recently and he did a great job. Always leaves everything cleaned up and ready to go.I purchase my oil from them as well. Never had a problem and their prices are competitive. I think it has been about 10 years we have been with them and I doubt I will change as long as I am the homeowner. Great customer service on the phone and via email. Fast quote for propane hook up for new generator. The gentlemen who hooked up the propane were knowledgeable and friendly. They performed the work efficiently and expertly. We even had two visits so we could decide where to put our propane tanks. I know it was an inconvenience for them but showed great customer service. Highly recommend.
