I love Heather, she takes very good care of our Bella. When we pick her up she's in great shape and sparkles! Our baby was a rescue, and not too trusting but the first day we brought her to Heather she went right to her no problem. She's amazing.

Easy and well done. I have two small dogs and got them the whole shebang. They’re clean, trim, and happy. Highly recommend. Before you go to Petco or the like, consider supporting local business, bring your dog here!

Our dog was terrified to return here the second time we went. We also told them we did not want his belly shaved and ignored that and other requests. It took around 4 hours and I’m guessing most of that was spent in a kennel. We will not be returning.

My Golden Retriever, Chance, had his first professional grooming today - he looks AMAZING! He's clean, smells great, and all his "loose ends" are neatly trimmed. He seemed very comfortable as soon as we arrived. Definitely going to return to this wonderful groomer!

I brought my dog in for a bath and my very matted and insanely furry Himalayan cat in for grooming. They did such a good job. My cat is very challenging to groom and I was so impressed. I will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much

Went to get my dog's nails trimmed. My dog is super nail-aversive, however, staff were super quick, professional, and kind to my dog. Went in for about seven minutes, and was done. Going to go back next month for nail trimming!

They clip dog's nails without an appointment for $5.00. The problem is they are often closed and it's hit or miss. They work on commission or their own schedule. Very inconvenient. I've never found them to be very friendly either. They seem to know what they are doing though, so for $5.00 I'll put up with attitude and a little inconvenience.

I called to see if I could get my dog in that day and the woman on the phone said she had openings the next week. I said “that’s okay, thank you” and she just hung up the phone on me. Rude.
