First time shopping at this location and I was so impressed with 1)store cleanliness 2)staff helpfulness 3)merchandise selection. I had first called another local, self-designated, "family run" chain asking for a specific brand of very high quality dog food and was told quite rudely they didn't carry it and hung up on. Then, when I called this store, the young man who answered the phone could not have been more polite, helpful, or accommodating. Of course, they carried the food my dogs love and is so good for them. Will definitely shop here again...and again.

The customer service at choice pet in greenwich is outstanding. I am in the store at least weekly buying food, treats and supplies for our dogs. The purchase guidance is appreciated and specific to our pets needs and history. The staff never fails to ask about our pets and to remember little details. The store is clean, organized and well stocked too.

My dog, Apollo, and I shop here almost daily.His favorite treats are the No-Hide, and Smart bones.The staff (Anthony, Andres, Steph, Miguel, and the others we sincerely appreciate so much - that I forgot to name.) are ALWAYS SMILING, HAPPY, SUPER SUPER HELFPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HONEST.Customer service is EXTRAORDINARY!
