They're pretty cool here. I'm delivering here and they let park in the back no problem. However, the alley dock is ridiculous! Very difficult to get lined up because there is zero room to maneuver! I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!😃

My 13 year daughter and I love to go there every chance we can, not only to see the chicks, but to buy Maple Cotton Candy! It's the best stuff around. Prices are great, and the employees are friendly. Never had a problem finding someone around to ask a question. Angelika has been especially nice and yes, she knows her stuff when it comes to chickens and animals in genereal. Highly recommend the store.

Rarely do I rate a business 5 stars. You need to go above and beyond. Nothing but good things from this place. Mr Seth helped us out unimaginably! I had no idea the project I was looking to do was as complicated. He helped us understand it very well! Definitely coming here first. Seth doesn't even work here! They need to hire him out something. Besides that, TSC employees are also very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, respectful.

Very helpful, kind people. In and out efficiently and quickly with a smile. I had purchased a pressure washing wand that I had issues with in the first day of use, they exchanged it without hassle. Always a good experience at there facility. I am a diesel heavy equipment and marine mechanic and that store has a lot of helpful products for my industry, always in stock, at great prices

A few of the employees give good customer service, which is why I give it 3 stars. Other than that, tools and feed are not restocked regularly, some employees have an attitude, it is dirty, and some employees, including the manager, do not ensure that the customer is happy. For example, not saying when items will be in, if another location has them currently, what you could use in the meantime, or ordering items online for you. I go there now simply because of its convenient location, but I do not like how the store is currently managed.

Good friendly service with good selection for all your farming needs. Prices are not bad. They have dog service days as well so you can keep your dogs up to date with their basic vaccines without any vets looking to get you to purchase more than you need to get.

Needed to put up a temporary fence.. looked on line for what I needed..all in stock. Arrive at the store and told they have construction in the fence area and I'm unable to get what I need.. I should go somewhere eles.. really? Never going back!

Manager on duty was extremely rude. Told me I “needed to have the card from original purchase to return” when she already had that card in her hand. She then told me I needed to have a better printed receipt to return..the receipt I had was the receipt I was originally given. She was not wanting to help me at all and was very unfriendly

This by far is the most helpful tractor supply ever!! The owner / manager She is wonderful!! She hooked me up with some beautiful pullets sapphire gems!!! Another time she helped me with two cattle panels we were determined and we got them zip tided and IN my jeep!!!! Super friendly to all the foster dogs I bring to visit! If you want or have chickens, chicken mama in the store is very knowledgeable. The staff are honest good people. I accidentally left my wallet in the cart, they picked it up looked up my loyalty information and called me before I even knew it was missing.

Helpful staff, pretty big store. They were selling baby chicks and gostlings, super cute. Not much to say here, I usually know just what I want and make it a quick stop. There's never been more than 1 or 2 people deep at the register line.

I went there to get chicks but the. Cashier said they stopped selling them in this store last week. But I bought some cat food it was a good prise. They have a lot of good stuff there but I did not have time to brose.

All employees at this location are wonderful, personable, friendly, helpful...I'm taking a moment to write this review, specifically for the exceptional customer service I received today, June 23, 2018.During our emergency trailer tire blowout situation, Trisha (the assistant store manager) went above and beyond to assist us. She understood our urgency and provided us with prompt, accurate information - all while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor.I love this Tractor Supply location!

Great deal on Scotts 2cuft brown mulch. 3 for $9.00. They were out of bags in front of the store but went and found another pallet and brought it out for me. l filled my trunk to the roof!

LOVE it, I always go to Tractor Supply Co. With my husband and find everything we need, we never leave empty handed. ALWAYS find my dog food .. Pigeon food and food for my chickens. Is the best place to shop for animal food and goodies for them.. really good pricess. Also very friendly environment . Staff great..

This is a great store with helpful and knowadgable employees. I go for pet supplies including topical antibiotics to skip the vet bills. A much better choice for lawn care than the orange box store down the street. Propane refills are by the gallon and come to $15.00 for. Standard grill tank. Skip the tank exchange and save money along with the environmental cost of shipping all those tanks.

Great place to shop for yard tools and more. Nice friendly atmosphere people greet you then leave you to shop. Not pushy at all. Ill def go back again. Great prices too. Also a great return policy.. 3 month w reciept ...not bad.

Do not shop here! The store clerks ran my card through the register to pay for the supplies and then claimed that there was a malfunction and there is nothing they can do. Customer service did the same thing. My bank paid for the transaction, money is gone, but I can’t get a refund, the product that I paid for, nor an apology. They stole my money! Stay away from this store!

In the last couple of years, I have purchased a new tire for my wheel barrow, a replacement spray wand for my pump sprayer, hoses for my water pump, wood cutting supplies and tools, some shirts and a hat, and more. Things I needed - and that I couldn't find at other stores. All at reasonable prices, with pleasant service from employees.

Good selection of items, work clothing and footwear. Good selection of food for pets, chickens and includes items for livestock.Offers trailer towing equipment along with a limited selection of trailers.There are just so many items available and good service. I enjoy shopping this store.

I absolutely love this store, but unfortunately had an incident with the Manager named Brenda on March 23rd!! The first time I went there I noticed how the employees had put bird food out for the birds, I thought that was pretty cool, so every time I'd go there to purchase my 50lbs of duck food, I'd leave some on the sidewalk for the birds, well yesterday she came outside and said do NOT put that bird food out on this property, she was very mean, cold hearted, and appeared to dislike tge poor birds, I was very confused and couldn't figure out why it would bother her so, I even asked if I could put it around the side where no one would see it and she continued to be mean and insist on me not doing it!! I've had conversations with her in the past about the life chicks that they sell and even then, she was very rude and acted like I was bothering her!! I enjoy this store and all tgd other employees!! They are kind and very helpful, bit not Brenda!! I feel being a Manager of a store of that nature, animals should be on the top of her list if things to like!! Maybe she needs to ho elsewhere!! Thank you!!

Great store manager -- Angelica truly knows her way around that store and has a wealth of farming knowledge. Her employees really respond well to her also. I travel further to go to the Farmington , Ct store because of the great service. I have another store closer, but I choose Farmington.I really enjoy the one on one interaction and feel my needs are met. Go Angelica/Team!
