CVS listened to us! I left the Unionville location after 6 years because of the rude pharmacy staff and witnessing a breakdown of the worst one. My doctor mistakenly sent a script to Unionville - so I had to pick it up. I was bracing for rudeness - but upon arrival I was greeted with a new, smiling and friendly face. I tried a couple of more times and it appears they have gotten rid of the disgruntled people.

I recently had a negative experience with the staff at a certain establishment. I found them to be very unprofessional and rude in their behavior towards me. It was disappointing to receive such poor treatment from individuals who are supposed to be providing customer service. I hope that in the future, they will improve their attitudes and approach to dealing with customers.
