I'm not sure why this CVS has any bad reviews. I am a wheelchair user and have always been treated with the highest respect. They even came out to my van one night when it was raining to help me purchase something without me having to transfer into my chair. As far as I'm concerned they are compassionate and professional. I suppose it also depends on how you treat others. šāāļø

Thank you to the pharmacist and all the techs who were top notch yesterday when I was feeling my worst. They worked diligently to fill what had been sent and get in touch with my doctor to figure out why one of the prescriptions hadnāt gone through . They went above and beyond. I woke up feeling better today because they went the extra mile.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible⦠There are no words to describe how horrible the drive thru is. I donāt understand how you can spend up to 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line. If there is a problem, have the customer come in. You should not allow customers to hold up the line while CVS tries to figure out the problem w/ their prescription insurance. The drive thru should be for dropping off and picking up and thatās itā¦.

This msg also is for the below review Mr. Stones!! I treat people with respect so donāt assumed things that you are not aware of!! These pharmacyās tech donāt know what they are doing. I pick up my meds using the drive thru and for two times these ladies have charged me when usually I donāt pay for my meds because I have 2 health insurance. Today it happened again like around noon and the lady told me to go inside! I can not walk!!!!! Thatās your responsibility to do things right! Also, emergency meds are so delayed!!

Seems they are always short staffed, a bit rude! One if the woman at window seems annoyed with customer needs! As well, it's vaccination season. Need more staff obviously! Appears to just be another greedy CORPORATION!. I still need my medication in a timely manner! Drive thru is supposed to be more efficient. It's not, at this CVS. Really, someone needs to speak to drive thru staff especially.12 2 23. Still go back because it's close to work and home. They are continually declining in customer service. This is serious because they are dealing with sometimes potentially tlife- saving medications. Their staff needs serious training I n how to listen rather than cutting people off and just trying to move people along. It's not McDonalds for goodness sake!! I can't even say how many times they have misread RXs and given out wrong information (i.e availability of refills, if rx is ready)... etc. Just really awful

Apart from using pharmacy, I usually buy all my quick household supplies from this CVS location. The staff is really helpful, especially Roxy. She is always ready to help customers and provides suggestions. She has also shown me new ways to find coupons for products using the CVS app, which saved me time & some extra money.

Traveling I lost my inhaler. Because I barely need it (until I do) prescription lapsed. Refused to hel consult couldnt be botheredto talk to me herself.Went 5 minutes up the road to walgreens and they at least recommended primatine to hold me over until I could talk to my doctor.

Good sales, safe location. love the cvs app and rewards membership which is free. I've saved tons of money . Just a few days ago I had a $10 coupon off any purchase. It's like getting free money. Returning an item is stress free. If you don't like the color of your makeup after applying, return it, easy peasy.just save the package and receipt.

I got very lucky that Amanda was at the drive thru when I came to pickup prescription meds. She helped me find ways to lower the cost of my meds without me asking and she did it with a smile!!! She really cares for customers and not to just get thru her shift.

Self check out option is horrible. Only one cashier. Long line. I was so frustrated. It took 17 minutes to check out 4 items. The coupon I had wouldnāt work. Iām done with CVS.

I was literally tossed back and forth between the consultation counter and pick up counter repeatedly this afternoon. A very under staffed pharmacy and based on everything I heard and witnessed they have a lot of insurance mishaps. I give the girls credit here for being able to handle it because clearly they need more help behind the counter, ridiculously stressful for something that should have been simple.

March 01 2023 at 7 pm I donāt know who untrained unprofessional lady was on counter who wants coupon to be printed on paper , even though it was written clearly that cashier can scan it , I gave QR code to get reprint of picture and lady says we donāt do that such a lazy and untrained lady in customer service . We didnāt expect this kind of service at CVS .

If it weren't for the Pharmacy Manager Lauren I wouldn't even use this pharmacy. There are plenty locations I even travel further for because they exceed my pharmaceutical needs and expectations. As for the store itself they manage to squeeze a lot in there (it's a very small store) and it's a bit tough to shop without a lot of excuse me but that's not the store's fault. The staff differs and if their ever is a big issue call and ask to speak to the manager or do so there, in my experience it is always the right thing to do

I called in Rx 3 hrs before and they never listened to the messages. Patientās father was waiting for over 20min for them to try to sort it.Very disappointed

Amanda at the pharmacy is the very best!!! Friendly, courteous, efficient...so happy when she is working the drive thru. She makes me smile every time I see her!!!

Understaffed, was told it would be a 30 minute wait to get paper towels that were on sale because there wasn't enough employees to work the registers and the floor

The inventory management here has real issues. Most of the time a lot of references are missing. Also the pharmacy knows that there is no phone reception. Free wifi should be offered
