I was so happy with my experience today at Choice Pet in Fairfield. My dog is sometimes hesitant to go into the bath, but the employees all helped to get him in by using toys and kindness. Thank you so much for making our experience so easy and pleasurable ❤️❤️❤️

Such a cute store. I went in and was greeted and asked if I need any help. Staff helped make great selections. They have cute cake batter for dog birthdays which was great to know for my pups birthdays.

Very helpful staff. I had been searching for a food my dog with allergies would eat. They supplied me with multiple samples, all grain free and we found one she loves. I had been to other pet stores and had bought countless small bags of food searching for something she would eat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The new dog washing station is amazing! They have everything including towels and a blow dryer. I was really impressed and will be back to use it again.Great prices on wet and dry dog food. I plan to purchase all my dog food needs here.

I stopped going here because I found another pet supply store but I like the fact that they sell individualized pumpkin pouches instead of having the cans of pumpkin only and all I have to do with the excess portion is refrigerator the package! Staff is really nice and helpful although I do not care for the old tired tiles or the dirt that it seems to show. The interior could use TLC. I also do not like the fact that you don't carry Weruva which is another reason why I stopped going here.The manager (I do not know her name) could definitely benefit from an attitude adjustment. She is always so cold and SO RUDE. I'm assuming she treats the employees poorly as she treats the customers even more poorly. Please fix this issue I do not want to have to deal with a pain in the butt manager who doesn't care about anyone but herself!

We don't own the usual "furry" pets, instead we have a goldfish pond. Ordinary we steer clear of "pet shops" when stocking the pond but after seeing how clean & well maintained Choice Pets fish were, we have decided they're a good safe choice. These are feeder fish which are generally used to feed more expensive, more exotic fish but in our case they get to grow large & live a good long life in our pond. Friendly, knowledgeable service & a clean & well stocked store.

Terrible customer service. Employees don't process purchases in the system therefore customers lose credit towards their purchases. I had purchased a high end dog food there over 20 times and not one purchase was documented in the system, nor did the employee make an effort to correct the issue. She claimed the food was not purchased in that store yet they are the only store in the area that carry the food.

I LOVE Choice Pet! I’ve been going here since my puppy was 8 weeks old. I immediately fell in love with the staff, Matt and Yecii. Their knowledge and kindness is so appreciated. I typically visit the store once a week. I haven’t been in a while due to medical issues with my dog, but I popped in today to grab bully sticks and found out that Matt is no longer working at this location. I am SO saddened by this. Please bring him back to this location!

Only store in CT. We have been able to find our baby blu 🐱 treats. Anaba rolls n bites n liquid churro. Our cat is very spoiled. Thanks to our cousin who works for choice pet in danbury n we live in Fairfield thank you Mr. Hilarious Hilaire we thank you.

Everyone is always so nice here! My only complaint is that they don't carry the larger size senior dog food my dog eats so I'm always buying the only smaller bag of it they have in stock.
