I had 3 returns which required printed labels. I called on Friday and was delighted to talk with Jayden. He told me to ask for him when I go on Saturday and he wod help me to print out the labels. Jayden was amazing with regards to amazing customer service. It took a while for him to search for the emails from Amazon and Clinique. He did not give up, he printed the labels and sent my packages away. Stop by and ask for Jayden you will be pleased with your experience. Barbara

Wow, I sold a lamp online and decided to ask this company if they could ship it for me to NM and the woman said it was going to be sooooooo expensive. At this point she had no idea what size it was or anything. The lamp could have been only 8” diameter and 10” in height. Didn’t matter what size she said sooooo expensive. I would not consider this company a packing ant shipping company at all. Go somewhere else.

Nice Mom and Pop UPS store. Very helpful folks. They have everything you need to ship or mail. Large selection of shipping boxes.. You can get signature stamps and shipping address labels. The family pet ( Labrador) is the greater. Give him a nice scratch on the noggin and he'll show you around the shop.
