This is my first time writing a google review, at 7:30ish 7:40ish I was prescribed some medication for a current health issue, I arrived at my house at 7:50pm and called the pharmacy to see if I could pickup my prescription, the lady on the phone said yes and so I headed over. I arrived at the last second, the pharmacy closes at 8pm. The pharmacists were extremely nice and accommodating, they had me out of there within a couple minutes with my prescriptions I desperately needed tonight. I can't thank them enough they went out of their way and helped me a ton, outstanding customer service.

The pharmacy wether it be shortages or delays seems to be failing. On most days the pharmacy drive thru window is not even open. This is a problem for people who have a difficult time walking. If I could have I would have given this pharmacy no stars

I disagree with the criticizing REVIEW of Diego at the Pharmacy Counter; He has ALWAYS been welcoming, upbeat and showing me outstanding service BY NAME, and has suggested alternate OTC painful knee product on sale (with the same component content of what I'd been using).I greatly appreciate his quick and friendly service,An 8 years customer with Walgreen #9432. He came to pick up medicine for my wife. I was attended by a person named Diego, who was very rude when he spoke to me and when he addressed me, it bothered me a lot. I wanted to respond strongly, but I was with my son. It is not the first time that this person has treated me that way, your staff should be given customer service training

Unacceptable phone times. I called to fill a prescription while leaving Amherst Ma, on my 45 min drive to the CT pharmacy I was put on hold multiple times, I wasn’t given an associates name because they answered and said “please hold” multiple times eventually I was hung up on and had to call back. I come from a customer service job my self know how stressful and difficult times are, phone conversations are a lesson everyone in any field of work should have and this Walgreens does not have it. I will be rating 1 star on this location and calling everyday until management steps up and corrects and teaches the valuable and efficient lessons to these technicians. For anyone who would like to contact me I am willing to train these technicians for free for the benefit of all mankind and CT citizens.

The pharmacy is getting worse & worse every day! Friday, the DR called in an RX, I go to pick it up, they tell me I'm 2 days too early per insurance. Ok, understandable. I go back this morning and the young girl, who I've never seen in the pharmacy before, tells me they are still working on it. I said "no you're not! The DR called this in on Friday, today is Sunday." She rolled eyes and said she could fill it now. She hung up the phone and walked away shaking her head. She filled it, came back, asked for the address, did I have any questions and if there was a card on file. She hung up the phone again, rolled her eyes again and pushed the script out the drawer. I got her attention to pick the phone e up again and I let her have it!. I told her that she probably shouldnt be working the wi dow where customers can see her rolling her eyes and shaking her head. She said she didnt do that. I told her I saw her do it! She must be like 18 and needs a wake up call! Plenty of people would love to have her job right now!

The service is Horrid. I have a family member in the process of passing away, I went to pick up a prescription given by Hospice and the pharmacist was very rude and informed me they didn’t even carry that amount of the prescribed medication. I said I would take what they have as it’s needed immediately...she then said she needed to go check it and left me standing at the counter for so long a tech asked if I’d like to take a seat. I would never recommend this place, especially if you are in immediate need or have a family member who is. 👎🏻

Pharmacy has zero personal skills and just outright rude. Will do everything possible to NOT fill out a prescription nor help you when you ask for information on anything.

I hate Walgreens. The only reason why I am forced to come here is because CVS doesn't take tricare anymore. Plan ahead of time to wait an hour to pick up your prescription. Even if you get a text saying it is ready. Seriously the slowest people on the planet that dont care at all that there is a huge line because they are so slow.

i was doing a doordash order and had trouble locating things and, a worker that goes by donna was absolutely outstanding helping me out, we located everything very quickly i very much enjoyed conversing with her as well she is such a great worker and goes above and beyond to do her job well, if you see this donna thanks very much appreciate you and best of wishes to you -john

Been trying to get my prescription all day. Never got a call confirming that it's ready. When I try to call, no one answers. When I get to the store, there is no pharmacist. Very unprofessional.
