I bought a pair of boots that split after a few months of use. When I returned them to the Enfield, CT store, Richard the store manager, replaced the boots quickly and with minimal inconvenience to me. Thanks, Richard for great service to your customers! Bravo!

Never seen such helpful employees.. they take their time to help you with each and everyone of their customers. Caitlin went so far out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. I havent seen this much enthusiasm for retail in many years. I will be spreading the word.

Wow…the past few reviews must have been employees or relatives. Out-of stocks are the only thing evident. Came across 9 employees for a Monday @ 11am someone’s not looking at sales adjusted hrs.IS THIS THE NEXT SPECIALTY STORE TO CRUMBLE ?? I’d rather give AMAZON my business. District managers should get out of OFFICES, and actually walk OUT-OF-STOCKS. Each 8ft section has massive outs not related to supply chain issues. Cool store when they opened, but I’m bailing Gentleman sell, sell sell stocks.

"18 and older " then when im 20 i have to be 21 , so youre gonna waste my time and make me come back in two months thats crazy but thanks you Kyle for helping but something about everybody else has there panties in a twist and was very rude . Im sorry if this is rude but i was holding my composure the whole time while they're was attitude given to a customer

Products and selection are great. The only issue keeping me from giving them a higher rating is the ship to store option from their web site. The shipping is very slow and disorganized. We ordered an item that was shipped but did not get to the store for over 10 days. When I went to the store to check there were two customers in front of me with the same issue. They had both ordered different items and all the store clerk could tell any of us is that it had not arrived there yet but should in the next day or two. If they have it in the store buy it, if you have to order it from them online think twice, especially if you need sooner as apposed to later.

Positive is great people but the watch the final product. A lot of cheap metal products that has cost me in the end. Bought a stove pipe cap that rusted over the winter and cost me $600 for new siding.Other items have pulled their weight. Know what you are buying and it is a great place

They always seem to have what I'm looking for. Amazing diversity in one place. My wife got what she wanted for the garden , and I got what i need for my tractor and had my propane tanks filled at the same time. Very little wait time and good service.

This was by far the worst store experience I can remember, came up from Bristol to buy a very expensive chicken coop. The line at the register was long with only 1 employee named “Pam” she had asked for help over the intercom 5-10min goes by still in line and line gets longer. At this point she announces very sarcastic and terse over the intercom that she needs help upfront. At this point she gets and equally or more sarcastic answer that no one can help you and that he is busy helping a customer. Yes!! All of this taking place over the store intercom. She then proceeds infront of all of us loudly to call him a swear word. To everyone in lines surprise. I get to Pam and she rings me out, I run my tractor supply card. This is advertised as 12mo 0% Finance. She puts it in for 6 mo??? Without giving me options. I bring it up to her, she said I should of said something and then tells me she can’t do anything about it and tries to usher me out of line. Then tells me to go to the pick up area behind the building. She announces over the intercom there is a customer needs to be loaded. I go back there and waited 20 minutes In the rain. No one came out, my son went in and they said they thought someone did it???? Finally a friendly woman and man came out with the forklift and my coop. The kid operating the forklift was really friendly and loaded it up, taking care to make it easy for us to secure. In closing this was terrible customer service for the amount I spent and distance traveled. There are obvious morale issues in this store by the way they communicate and I’m amazed of how easy Pam can throw out cuss words so easy in front of customers. I will be contacting corporate about this experience. I feel like dealing with customers is tough I do it all day myself. I will Always give the benefit of the doubt and a gate pass for a bad experience. But this was on a whole other level

Have had several bad experiences with the southwick store! Rude and uncarring! Bought hay for my birds but they wouldn't even give me a ripped up thrown away piece of plastic to protect my car. I switched from a local store to save 1 dollar a bag for chicken food but had to wait to have help putting it in my car. I just took the time to get my money back and they could of cared less! I have 1 lone baby chic & don't need 6. Don't know what made me think I could get 4 so my chick is not alone! Not only did they say no but the manager was so rude! I keep giving them chances because I like to save money but I would not go there if there stuff was free! Everyone deserves a 2nd chance but a 3rd then 4th is unacceptable!

This is the best tractor supply to go too! Carson is such a hard worker and takes pride in what he does! He is so helpful & friendly. All of the workers here are soooo sweet. Makes for all of a difference!

The store was fairly warm inside. I don't know if the air conditioning was on. They didn't seem staffed enough to handle the volume of customers. They didn't have much of a selection for garden plants and trees. The aisles are small, cramped, and don't believe some of the aisles meet ADA guidelines. They have the weakest precautions in place to protect their workers during this pandemic. Their cashiers had the smallest plexiglass screen of all stores in the area and their cashiers were maskless; not sure if by choice or TS does not provide employees with one. Curbside orders were placed dangerously next to the entrance door. All that being said, keep low expectations and you'll enjoy the store. They have good selection of merchandise.

Not sure who the guy was, if he was an assistance manger/manger or what, black hair bread tall and a jackass. I asked him to get a case off the top self, told him the exact type and he kept going to the wrong ones. Near closing time. So, I finally said fine. After handing it to me he kept saying sarcastically, "There you go Boss; Are you good Boss; Is there anything else Boss." Then when I went to checkout the cashier was nice and polite, but he shown up again. Tried to get the cashier stop checking me out.

Recently went there twice for dog food. Bought the 55lbs bag and their employee did not hesitate to load my bag into my car. Me being a man and having a lady carry out my bag and loaded felt a little uncomfortable but due yo my recent operation, I couldn't lift anything. Thank tractor supply team members!

Friendly, helpful folks work here. If you love birds, this is the best place to buy wild bird seed and oil sunflower seeds. They will bring it to your car! Best prices for the large bags that they sell.

I can never find a shopping cart lol but it's a great store, kind staff, pretty wide selection of items especially considering it's a pretty small store. Prices are comparable/competitive with similar types of stores.

Joke. I bought a power plus plan to a dog training collar and was told that it covers loss. Right before my plan expired, some little kid threw the remote for this down a sewer. I called for a replacement and guess what? They dont cover loss. Last time I will ever shop there.

I couldn't locate an idler sprocket for 40 roller chain anywhere in town, this store was out of stock as well. A helpful, wonderful employee helped me to make one using a flange bearing and a 14 tooth sprocket! Huge thanks to her!

Although there were problems with the originally bought trailer and two more subsequent trailers (cut wires) offered as a replacement for the first one. The service/sales personnel were dedicated to solving the problems (i.e., they found a trailer that was up to expectation). Throughout the process, your personnel demonstrated competence and appropriate patience. I rate their behavior at a 5. I do not rate the trailer quality control a or delivery systems above a 2. Clearly, your personnel saved your sale and company reputation.

My husband and I wen buy 2gates not one wat to help ,,,we paid go alside and wait for someone coming out with the gates I wen back to the store and ask to the ladies I need someone to open the back for I have my gates in the truck,,,she wen after him and me have to wait in the truck she was rude,,,we go back to the store to get some other stuff we forget and the 3ladies working in the store was talking about us ,,,,,,,not have coustumers service,really rude

Walked around and employee saw me, i was searching for a product for my ride lawn mower and i just received a look and they went about their business. I had to ask for help and the guy didn't seem very friendly . Took me to the aisle and left that was it.
