The staff was extremely friendly, they were able to change out a tank we wanted for one we purchased no questions asked (it was an even exchange). Store is super clean and their Betta fish are actually alive and thriving. Plus they have my dogs food. We will be back!

Betta fish in cups is a disgusting sight. How about stock less of them and give them a decent set up, so they aren't on display, half dead? The staff are always pleasant, but I can't get past this ...The cat adoption is fantastic- this review is no offense to Russ and crew.

paid for nails to be clipped and was told they could only do his back ones and 2 in the front before he snapped at them. was told they can't finish. got home and saw his nail which was cut was now spilt open. bunch of kids working there

Adopted my guinea pig to whom I love but didn't like the condition of where he was put..The store had him in a back room in a draw with no lights unless someone went back their the associates told me that the animals that are their go in this room if not adopted right away.. all he got was a cage and food and bedding w little interaction.. PetSmart as a company you suck but your associates are amazing

A bunch of the fish were dead in the tanks, and there were a bunch of sale tags that had expired days before we went in. When we asked about the price, the woman at the register was extremely rude.

Did online order pick up, it said 3 hours until order would be ready so I had my significant other pick up 5 hours later. Unfortunately because of their system not being able to handle sales, it glitched and they never got the order. If it weren’t for Manager Danny, petsmart would have lost me as a customer - she went above and beyond to rectify the issue with courtesy. Your customer service skills excel. Thank you Danny! Petsmart, you are very lucky to have this gem who is an asset to your team.

They had 2 tin chillas and they wanted to sell them together. But wanted two hundred a piece for them wouldn't split them up, but wouldn't give a deal on them either To not split up the pair.

I once made a post that I would never go to petsmart ever again after standing at the register for 15 mins while 2 employees just stood there talking to one another, completely ignoring me. I started to shop at PetCo.Petco is way more expensive, and they aim more towards dogs and cats. I have a bunny, so they don't have as much there. My husband went to petsmart one day because we couldn't find the litter we needed for our little Paisie. (We usually get it at browns) Well, they had it and a whole lot more! I've completely changed my mind over that one bad experience. I believe in second chances, and boy, am I glad I did!!! They have all different t types of toys, for if they don't have it in stock, they or yourself can order it for you. Great store.My only issue I have with them is their pricing. I know there's been inflation, but I'm not paying 15$ for a toy, I can get on Amazon for 5$ and have it the next day. Money us tight right now for everyone and tripling your prices isn't going to help anyone but the big shots at tye top making billions cause of their greed.

Every time i visit, i have met wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They are truly helpful with my rescue dogs. In this picture, one of the Petsmart employees is holding my foster dog so i could get a pic of her meeting another pup. She fitted Annie for her harness and even checked back with us to see how we were doing and answered any of my questions. Thank you so much!!!

Very unimpressed with the Staffing after multiple visits to this location. I don't know if they dislike paying people but it's usually impossible to find somebody to ask a question and very slow at the checkout. A plus is that the store is clean, well stocked and organized.

This is my go to store for everything pet related. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I've never had an issue with any items out of stock. Employees handling fish questions and purchases do such a great job. Grooming is a shining star!! They are very friendly and treat your pet with dignity and respect. I love to bring my pets here.

I came here with my mom to get my mom dog something for Christmas. My mom bought the dog a candy cane bone and a dog chew toy. The staff are nice and friendly. The floors are clean there was a long line at the cash register to leave this place. The guy that worked there had to call to open up another cash register because people were complaining that the line was to long. This place is big inside they sell all kinds of different animals and animals food, toys and accessories. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. You can also bring your pets here as well. They also have dog training classes, a dog cleaning and grooming station in the front of the store .

It saddens me to write this. the past few months this store has gone downhill from a really great store. The employees are over worked and low staffed, the store lead offers no support and therefore the employees feel obligated to find a better work environment. Which in the end leaves unhappy customers and the animals have to suffer. I have personally heard racist remarks towards employees and customers made by management, and have made multiple HR calls to inform them in the hopes that things will change. But management never seems to be held accountable. Therefore I have finally felt the need to write this with a heavy heart to inform others of what they may encounter in the future.

Found what I needed today. Friendly staffI’ve been here in the past and staff has helped me find pill pockets, airline pet carriers and food. No complaints
