This is the first search result when I search "mobile pet grooming" so when I made an appointment I expected them to come to me. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I called and learned they are only brick and mortar. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and chastised me for "wasting her time." You need to work on your SEO, I made an honest mistake, no need to be so rude about it. Definitely will not patronize their location as a result.

I brought my Yorkie to a few different places prior to going to Jennifer at Claws and Paws. When I picked my dog up from other places many hours after the drop off time, she was not herself. She was very stressed out for a day or so afterward. Just meet with Jennifer and you will see how kind she is. She truly loves the animals. My dog walks into Claws and Paws with no hesitation (I used to have to drag her in the other places). They are so kind to her there I know because my dog is happy (not stressed) when I pick her up. I won't bring my baby anywhere else

They did a great job at an affordable price! I have a pomeranian that requires constant grooming which can be costly if you're an owner that likes to keep your furry buddy nicely groomed. Glad I found this place and will definitely keep going.

We brought our 3 dogs for a nail trim this morning. She shortened and filed all 3 dogs without hitting a quick (a miracle with 1 of our girls), charged a very low price, and was great with our fur kids. Will definitely go back and feel good highly recommending this groomer.

This is a wonderful, local grooming business. The owner and staff are super friendly and keep great notes on each dog that comes in which made it easy when I just brought in my great Pyrenees. Very well priced for the quality of work that comes out.

We moved from Enfield to East Hartford and we still take our pets up to Claws and Paws because they just do such a great job. Our dog is comfortable going there and we just can't find any place that compares.

My dog Stevie has a particularly difficult coat and is prone to matting. They do an amazing job every time we bring her here. We have actually moved further north and still make the drive down to Enfield because of the wonderful work they do here. Can’t say enough great things about Claws and Paws.

Jennifer is WONDERFUL! After my English Springer Spaniel had a date with a skunk last night, Jennifer came to our rescue and pampered my dog (and me) with understanding and compassion. I highly recommend CLAWS AND PAWS . My ShihTzu "MEKA" and myself have always received red carpet treatment by the staff.Stop wasting your time telling groomers what you want done and instead you get what they give you . Fair pricing and an attentive animal loving staff will make you a repeat customer .
