What a great Family campground! We had a site right on the river. The “marriage saver” was awesome helping us back in. The site was very spacious. They had a bunch of activities including a duck race. My son loved the ice cream social. We would recommend to family and friends.About 3 days after our trip we received a hand written note in the mail from the owners. That was a great touch.

Beautiful campground. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Firewood isn’t covered so too wet to start a good fire. Recommend getting it elsewhere

Great campground! They owners have put so much time and consideration into making it a great experience for their campers. I'm so glad we had a chance to camp there. We are looking forward to returning.

We stayed here the summer of 2016. The owner was extremely helpful and took pride in making his guests comfortable. Great place for families and a quiet get away. He discourages "party animals" which is awesome! We will be back!

I'm thrilled to finally be back here after a year & a half due to Covid19. Phil & Brian take very good care of their campers. This is my "go to" campground. It's peaceful & quiet & clean. If you like that type of campground then this is the place for you!

There were amazing people, a nice place and we were there for July 4th. The experience with the fire works was incredible, the only thing issue is that the campground only has two showers for each gender and we had to wait for a long time to bathe. The other thing the store needs more merchandise.

The campground owners are very nice. The sites are a bit small and it was challenging to get our 21 foot camper in and out. They had decent wifi, but the area is full of pine trees. I'm not a big fan of pine trees due to the sap. They have a couple of nice places to swim in the Natchaug River. Our site had full hookups and the price was less than others in the area.

Great campgroung,site was big and right on the river. Bathhouse has a nice hot shower and was very clean. Phil was a big help in getting our camper into the site a BIG plus for my husband. Cannot wait to go again. Thanks we had a great time!!

I camp here on the weekends in a camper. Wonderful campground. Very polite, helping owners. Great for kids and pets. There's a river to go swimming and float on tubes. Fun activities like bingo and music bands. WiFi too!!!

Pepper Tree campground was an ok campground. Host was very nice and helpful. Campsites were very close to each other. It was quiet but no store or pool. River was a tad low so no swimming really.

First time camping and it was awesome! Only person in a tent but everyone was cool and very friendly.Restrooms: Hot showers.

Best campsite this year! Great owners, beautiful campsites great prices you can have your campfire as late as you want the owners let us check in early and check out late which was very helpful and we really appreciated it love this place will definitely be back!

awesome family owned campground, most sites back right up the the river, plenty of space and lots of shade, laid back, nice playground for the kids and field to play, owner was always asking if we ever needed anything, highly recommend!

We have had a seasonal site at PepperTree for 8 seasons and enjoy the campground. It is a nice family campground and the new owners are great. Great trout fishing and tubing in the Natchaug River which runs the length of the campground.

Nice and simple campground. Enjoyed our stay last fall. Missed having a hot tub, but they did have bingo! can’t beat the price.

This is a well - maintained campground on the river. Kid friendly and dog friendly. We stayed here for a long weekend and we can't wait to return.
