Awesome sweet place for pets! My wife and I took our dog to bath him and he loved it! Or so we thought he was nervous at first but at the end pulled through and became squeaky clean! Owners were very polite and had amazing customer service!

Everyone at Naturally Dogs and Cats is very friendly and personable. Maiya has SO many food allergies and every time we come in we are immediately recognized and Maiya gets an allergy safe treat just for her! She absolutely adores Anna and gets so excited to just be there.For Maiya's birthday, Anna went out of her way to bake Maiya birthday cookies that were allergy friendly. And honestly, they were one of Maiya's all time favorites (she can be picky about treats).In addition, for the holidays last year, I adored the flower bow ties for the dog's collar but was curious about little bow ties for Maiya's ears. Anna, once again, went out of her way to make custom bow ties that clipped on Maiya's fur behind her ears to create some of the best Christmas photos yet!I can't recommend them enough!

What a wonderful pet store! I have been in a few times to get my dog treats from the biscuit bar. I brought my dog with me once and she was given lots of samples, allowed to explore the store, and even got her picture taken to put on the wall! She had a great time! Excellent service - the owner is very friendly! The biscuits are good quality and reasonably priced.

Hidden little gem found in the Farm Town Plaza way in the back, pet friendly boutique isn't just for pets! They even have all the pets in Club Wags a lot on the wall! and they even have a self service dog wash in the back!

I've been a customer since they were in Hartford. Very helpful staff. Everyone knows your, or more like your pet's, name. Wide variety of treats and a growing variety of toys. The store owner aims to stock all US made products. Would recommend.

Really nice 1 stop Shop for any and all of your loved pets needs! From collars, tags, dishes, and toys, to multi brand pet food, dry and canned, treats, some hand made, and even some specialty items for many size and breeds of cats and dogs at great prices. The store employees are really very nice and friendly, knowledgeable, and quite helpful in finding any and everything you might want and or need. So be sure to stop in and support your local small businesses too!

Love this place! Initially ordered a custom bandana for my dog at their booth at the Puppy Pride festival in Enfield, and picked it up in the store. But I love the variety and value of items they have in the store, despite how small it is! Anna is really friendly and genuine and makes me happy to go back again.

The best selection of natural and US made pet food and products, with the nicest staff who all love pets. Good prices and if you live downtown, they deliver. You an also do curbside pickup, which is so much faster than going to the big box stores. And it is clear how much their customers love them, too. When they moved to this new location, their customers helped them pack up the old store and move everything! The owner has created a wonderful community.
